The brand opened its first maternity store in Kensington 11 years ago, and has seen positive sales growth & profit contribution year on year. Marylebone High Street opened in autumn 2013, and the Battersea Boutique followed quickly afterwards in 2014. The brand is now in the process of establishing its first over-seas store in New York. Seraphine stores are true destinations for expectant women. In a market study conducted at our Kensington store, 40% of our footfall came from outside our catchment area, specifically to visit our store. We advertise regularly in the specialist press and benefit from a lot of PR as well as great google rankings for our maternity stores.

The Seraphine products are all designed in-house at our London Studio. Using the finest Jerseys, silks, and knits; we introduce new styles into our stores each week. Seraphine prices are pitched within the mid-market bracket, earning the brand an unrivalled reputation for exceptional quality and unique designs at affordable prices. A typical dress retails at around ÂŁ55. Our stores are fitted with high quality fixtures and fittings with plenty of attention to detail, reflecting the high quality of the brand, and helping expectant women to feel special and pampered when they visit our stores. We have recently introduced our LUXE range of occasion wear for the discerning woman who wants to feel glamorous on her night out. Fabrics are luxurious and appeal to the affluent client base and celebrities alike.

Seraphine is currently going through a fast growth phase after benefiting from huge publicity in 2013 as the maternity brand of choice of the Duchess of Cambridge during her first pregnancy. The Duchess was seen in our signature dresses on her first day out of the hospital, and in the first officially released photographs of Prince George. This created huge media attention as well as record sales for the styles in question. The brand has dressed many high profile celebrites and is well known amongst American customers as it is often featured in the US press for dressing amongst others Jessica Alba, Angelina Jolie, Gwen Stefani, Kate Winslet and Halle Berry.

GROWTH LOOKING TO THE F U TU R E
Seraphine is privately owned with no bank debt and has been profitable from year one. The owner, Cecile Reinaud has ambitious plans to continue growing the brand footprint and has forecast to achieve $11 million annual turnover for the financial year March 2015. The Management team has been recently strengthened to ensure the growth trajectory is achieved. Key skills have been introduced to the business including a Senior Retail Operator and a Financial Director being introduced at Director level.
