Is recommended to make an insurance that covers your health expenses, or allow you to reimburse them. There are many companies offering this kind of service. But sometimes the less expensive way is contact your Credit Card company, they also offer Travel Insurance service with a low cost.  Airplane Ticket: This first 20 days, I recommend looking for an airplane ticket, and if the travel agency allows you to make a reservation 50 days before the flight, you should make a reservation to avoid paying more and show that at the consulate, when you will apply for the visa. But remember, just make a reservation, and that reservation should be flexible, because if anything change in your plans, you don’t need to spend money.  A4 copy of your passport  Visa Application Form must be filled in at https://scedv.serpro.gov.br

Egypt VISA Information .

The documents must be passport and tourist visa is given for a month and usually take from the airport. Cost $ 15 and can be paid in dollars there. Then the intern will go with AIESEC from there to renew their visa, which will cost for each new target about 50 USD, I do not remember the exact amount :( will have to do a little file with passport photos and copy of passport and take a stamp from an office in the same building, people from AIESEC from there he will explain everything and will always be near the house. believe that's all you need for a visa extension. The first visa is obtained so immediately at the airport, and the next in about two weeks. Passport visa remains at those and you will receive a sheet with you back when you tell them. The most important thing is to go to extend their visa in time because you are only legally allowed to be late just five days over when it expires, or you pay a fine (this happened to me because they are very stuck up those of the respective institution and twice they sent me home because they did not have sheets and stuff and I do not know why I lost so much time on this .).

Egypt Before I left I wrote to the Romanian Embassy at this address cairoconsulara@yahoo.com and I announced them about my presence in Egypt giving them the exact information, contact adress from AIESEC and from work. They responded promptly, recommending me not to go because last year there were a lot of warnings on mae.ro against going to Egypt. 300 euros TAROM, but I do not feel like flying in Egypt, or the most ok for me was with Turkish Airlines, cost about the same, 300-350 euros, stop for a few hours Istanbul. There are stops longer and you can even see the city if you organize. In Egypt it is about half the price of Romania (1 Egyptian Pound = 50 de bani). Interns can work both with euros and dollars, are not preferences, you can change anything. There are places as expensive as here, there are more expensive places as here (clubs where entry 150RON reach sometimes they do not like anyone who goes to the club, only those in the upper class, plus here can serve drinks spirits which are also expensive thing you can not do almost any bar in Cairo, I think in this city for 25mil people have been about 5 bars where you can drink alcohol, and yet a lot of money) and there and very cheap places where you eat super fruit salads with ice cream and subtle exotic only 6 lei, lei 2-3 pomegranate juice, coffee typical local drink tea and smoke hookah

Germany VISA Information ď ś Enrollment certificate - a link with more info available for Germany, including about Enrollment certificate https: //sites.google.com/a/aiesec.de/the-map-site/bonn/visaProcedures. Basically a certificate signed by the university must say that you are a student, what period you are a student and you have to do practice for a company that you can graduate. You need this document to get work permit (in my experience, the LC host to handle this, I just had to send them a scan of the certificate) ď ś Valid ID (identity card or passport if you leave in the EU) ď ś Health insurance - can get free insurance card valid for six months in the EU from CNAS (National Health Insurance). You can obtain the card only if you're still a student and if you are co-insured (ie are co-insured by a parent). It takes a week to release your card from when you deposit the acts and it comes by the mail. Of course, any other private insurance is ok, as long as your interest in the company where you're going, for there were many misleads, where people had to pay for medical services really if they had insurance and were not returned the money after company insurance.

Germany A simple search on Google about the company you intend to do your insurance is the best way to find out the opinions of those who have already worked with the company. And the third option is to make your insurance in the country where you're going. For example in Germany, the DAAD insurance is recommended and costs about 25 euro / month. ď ś The remaining documents that you need you do after you arrive in country. AIESEC explain those from there what to do and get help from them to get those documents.

As EP cost you way up there and the first month of life (which usually includes rent and food money + some pocket money). Those listed may be added and cost of various documents (visa if needed, health insurance). For Germany it is recommended to leave by about 1000 euros in your pocket. Costs vary depending on the city, but to say this is average. ď ś Rents cost around 300-400 euros / month (a room in an apartment shared with others). If you want one is from 400 up. It is important to have more money in the first month for most owners require some sort of warranty, which can be equivalent

Germany  The food again varies depending on how much you eat, but let's say an average for Germany is 30 euro / week (that with eating at home not in town every day + food not normally talk about bio, eco and stuff super schumpe )  Transportation ticket - get anywhere from 80 euro / month subscription general. Depending on the company you work for, you can settle some of the money or not.  Phone card - 10-15 euro / month

I think I mentioned above that and how. For fees that I know you should not do anything if you Enrollment certificate for the interns are exempt from tax. If you're not a student, so of Enrollment certificate, primarily in Germany do not know if you guys take in internship, and secondly, you pay about 20% of your salary to the state tax .. what is not really ok anyway salaries are calculated internal cam cover your fixed living expenses

Depends how much time you have to buy it, where you want to go (from the airport) and how you carry your luggage. The best prices are either on Otopeni Budapest. Average should be somewhere around 100 euros a checked baggage.

Japan VISA Information In all cases a visa to work are required:  A completed and signed form completed in English and signed by the applicant (form is obtained from the Consular Section or can be accessed here).  A passport photo (4.5 x 3.5 cm) color, not older than 6 months, clear, well-centered, that sticks on the form in the space provided (only with glue, no staples, paper clips, etc. ). CERTIFICATE OF ELIGIBILITY Certificate of Eligibility is issued before a visa application by immigration authorities (Immigration Office), which are part of the Ministry of Justice of Japan. This certificate attests that the applicant fulfills various conditions required by Japanese law to immigration; also serves as evidence that the activity for which the applicant intends to enter in Japan is legal and is found among the categories recognized by law as grounds eligible to stay in Japan.

Japan Certificate of Eligibility is required for many types of visas, such as work visas, study (except Monbusho scholarship), to stay with family as "Addicted", etc. No visa is required if the "Temporary Visitor" or "Transit". Certificate of Eligibility has the advantage that reduces the time required to obtain a visa because the visa application submitted by the holder of a Certificate of Eligibility is likely to be resolved in the Consular Section, without the need for consultation with Japanese authorities. Also Eligibility Certificate proves very useful when actual entry in Japan, when entry formalities can be much more easily. Bear in mind, however, that the presentation of a Certificate of Eligibility at the the Consular Section counter offers no absolute guarantee visa, if there is reason to do so. (For example, if the company that would hire the applicant can not do so because of economic problems, or if we discover forgeries in documents submitted to obtain a visa.) Standard procedure for obtaining the Certificate of Eligibility is the following: the applicant's representative in Japan (for example, the company that will engage, and university to study it following) addresses Immigration Bureau Office of the territory and apply for the Certificate Eligibility. After it is released, the applicant's representative in Japan, it sends by post.

Japan After receiving the Certificate of Eligibility, the applicant is presented with this document and other documents required for visa at the Consular Section of the Embassy of Japan, in order to obtain a visa. Certificate of Eligibility will be returned to the applicant together with passport in which the visa, and will be presented together with the passport, at the passport control officer at the entrance to Japan. Attention to the validity of the certificate of eligibility! This is 3 months from the date of issuance. ď ś The documents required for visa to be collected by the applicant and submitted with the visa application. Not will be send the documents at the the Consular Section via fax or mail, unless requested by the Consular Section in this regard. ď ś Consular Section reserves the right to request additional documents when they are considered necessary in the context of the examination of visa application. ď ś If the final result of the examination of an application for visa is negative, the Consular Section can not provide an explanation as to why the visa denial. Also, by not granting a visa, in principle there is a period of six months that the applicant can not make a similar request.

Japan Visa "Transit" and "Temporary Visitor" staying in Japan until the 60 days are free including. For other types of visas, in principle a fee. Starting April 1, 2014 the fee for entry visa for Romanian citizens in Japan is 105 RON. There are some exceptions for which the visa is free (an example is the case of those who obtained a scholarship from the Ministry of Education in Japan). Also, the fee may differ in people other than the Romanian citizenship. For details contact the consular section.
