The core element of the Business School complex’s design is a pair of twin towers, strategically positioned on a square base. This geometric foundation, with its interlocking rectangular forms, creates a spacious, layered structure that serves as the centerpiece of the masterplan. The buildings are seamlessly connected through internal alleys that lead to a series of inviting courtyards, fostering a cohesive and interactive environment throughout the complex.

An innovative interior design proposal was developed for the RITZ Hotel renovation in Rabat, Morocco. Photos taken during a site visit served as the foundation for visualizing new concepts, and collage techniques were used to create a series of images illustrating the proposed transformation. This strategy artfully blends heritage with modern elegance, reimagining the hotel’s interior ambiance with a fresh yet timeless appeal.

For the transformation of Vazha Pshavela Block IV were defined several strategies for urban and architectural levels. The main urban concepts are the preservation of the centrality of the area, increment of the density, organization of the green areas, pedestrian-oriented residential area, development of the network of public facilities and collective spaces. Transformation was achieved by the demolition of 4 buildings and the biggest part of the streets network.

That allowed to organize new residential units, which are created by the rehabilitation of I-464 buildings and addition on new typologies of residential buildings as well as public ones. In between North and South parts of the Block IV there is a big green area including urban farms and providing the space for the outdoor collective activities. The rehabilitation of the majority of I-464 buildings of the site was done, however, to preserve the historical layer it was proposed to conservate two buildings.

The museum is designed upon the ruins of the Citadel next to the river Tigris. Four main axes oriented in two perpendicular directions form a skeleton of the building. Its covered by semi-open exhibition areas that are attached to the main distributive corridors. The void in the center of the complex is an open three-story courtyard with an amphitheater, which is the heart of the museum. Besides exhibition areas for permanent and temporary expositions, there are workshop areas on the underground floor, as well as an auditorium for lectures and conferences.

The aim of the Citadel museum is to strengthen the Mosul community’s relationships after the War, and to create a place to pay tribute to Iraqi culture, which could inspire future generations to continue contributing to the culture.
