HOSPITAL BUILDING ANANDABAN HOSPITAL | NEW EARTHQUAKE RESISTANT TRAUMA CENTRE
Anandaban Hospital was established in 1957 and is the main leprosy referral hospital in Nepal. It provides vital free healthcare to people affected by leprosy. Anandaban aims to recover from the earthquake in 2015 and redevelop the hospital.
ARTICLE 25 The Leprosy Mission England & Wales + Nepal & Anandaban Hospital
On this project, I worked on stages 3+4 and took ownership of the internal detail design for Tender. This included wall, floor + ceiling packages as well as sanitary and internal partitions.
Stages: 3-4 Dates: 2016-on going Status: on site Location: Lele, Lalitpur | Nepal Consultants Team: Ramboll, Hoare Lea, JSA
I managed the coordination of the architecture elements with the MEP systems which involved attending regular meetings with the engineers and reporting comments to the tenderers and contractors.

AERIAL VIEW OF MASTERPLAN PROPOSALS
HOSPITAL MASTERPLAN MASTERPLAN FOR SITTWE GENERAL HOSPITAL SITTWE, RAKHINE STATE|MYANMAR ARTICLE 25 Rangoon General Hospital Reinvigoration Trust (RGHR) & UNOPS Stages: 0-2 Dates: july 2018 - october 2018 Status: Completed Location: Sittwe, Rakhine | Myanmar Consultants Michael Hadi, Hoare Lea, Clark Bond
Article 25 were engaged to lead a design team in the evaluation of the existing Sittwe General Hospital, and devising proposals for its long term development into a 500 bed facility with staff housing on site. I worked on a series of site analysis and proposal drawings for the Masterplan, using my AutoCad experience to help design and manage the CAD workflow. It was provided a phased proposal to enable the hospital’s development as well as recommendations for immediate improvements on the existing facilities and infrastructure at SGH. The challenging deadline for delivering a strong and buildable proposal was one of the major challenges of this project, but the determination to improve the current situation of the population has led myself immensely.

AQUARELA RESIDENCIAL CONDOMINIUM THREE TOWERS RESIDENCIAL CONDOMINUM MAGIS Stages: 0-7 Dates: under construction Status: First tower finished and two under construction Location: Fortaleza, Ceará - Brazil
Magis is one of the leading local contractor based in Ceará, Brazil with expertise in Residential Building. The Company is drawing on over 10 years experience in building, financing and developing great projects. With a major project participation, at Magis I´ve assist-managed a range of 4 different projects. Working closely with the contractors my role was to review the design and all the disciplines involved (services & structure) ensuring they were complete, unambiguous and fully understood by all parties. With good analytical thinking and influence decision-making, I’ve proven ability to deliver end-to-end property and construction solutions through three years I´ve worked in the company.
AMÉLIE RESTÔ RENOVATION + EXTENTION OF EXISTING BUILDING TO A RESTAURANT Pochè Arquitetura Stages: 0-7 Dates: 2013 Status: Completed Location: Fortaleza, Ceará - Brazil
Poché Arquitetura is a small multi-disciplinary practice that started in 2009. Poché in French means “pocket”. In architecture, it refers to plants or maps that have the cut out elements fully filled, widely used in archeology to better represent the geometry of the physical space by its contour. This restaurant project was a great fun to work with. The client had a very tight budged and a long scope where we were asked to do from design to logo. We embraced the challenge in a great relationship with the client and made the most out of the existing structure and materials on site. On a team of only the Project Architect and myself, I´ve developed the drawing package to be send contruction and joinery and participate on the logo brief, client meetings and construction site visits.

At PochÊ we seek to print identity to all projects, respecting each phase of the process in order that the final result can convey all the necessary information in a clear way for its full implemenration and execution. The practice has a variety of projects; residential, duellings, comercial, interior design, renovations and masterplans. I´ve mainly worked on the comercial projects listed: restaurant, boulangerie, vet clinic and burgery. I had the opportunity to learn a lot working closely with the project architect and taking responsabilities and working without suppervision with confidence.

UNILAB STUDENT HOUSING PROPOSAL FOR A DEVELOPING UNIVERSITY TOWN. Academic project Dates: 2014 Status: Conception only Location: Redenção, Ceará- Brazil.
UNILAB is a public federal university located in Redenção, Ceará, Brazil. The city was chosen because it was the first Brazilian city to abolish slavery. Looking for international integration, 50% of the seats in the University are for international students from those countries. However the city is not developed enough to support all those international students coming from abroad and relying on the University Accommodation to support their studies. The University has currently 3 campuses in Ceará and a very rough terrain to develop the works of a series of classrooms, library and student housing. The proposal of this project aims to give a better and immediate solution for the student shelters with a modular, ventilated and pre-fabricated structure for the flats as well as a greater housing to attend their needs as foreigners, students and, most of all, sensitive individuals.

OCA VIVA WINNER OF EXHIBITION CASACOR CEARÁ 2009
MD CONCEPT Brazil Stages: 0-7 Dates: 2009 Status: Concluded Location: Fortaleza, Ceará - Brazil
WINNER OF CASACOR CEARÁ 2009, ONE OF THE GREATEST EXHIBITION IN SOUTH AMERICA.
CASACOR, America’s most important collective of interior design, architecture and landscape, is present through 20 yearly exhibitions in six Latin American countries and in the US. Sustentability was the exhibition main theme of the year and the Oca was a fusion of habitat & crafts in response. Shaped as a large basket of 13m high, the construction is a woven of vinyl fabrics, which represent the straw of the indigenous shrine. Highlight the water mirror with mirror-lined background that brings about 500 fish species native to Ceará and reflects the sky with an opening in the top of the Oca. On this project I´ve worked closely with the architect from brief to the end, developing the Oca model -experimenting the flexibility of the materials to be used- as well as helping to build on site in a three-week construction.
