If you prefer to pay by check or money order, we are happy to accept them. A quote can be obtained by phone or email. Please keep in mind that, to prevent against fraud, any orders paid for by checks or money orders will be held for 15 days from the time the check is received to allow for the check to clear. If you need your order to be processed as quickly as possible, credit card will offer the fastest payment method.
Shipping
We try to ship all orders for stock merchandise the same day we receive the order. Of course all specially made items will take longer. Our courteous sales people will be able to tell you at the time you place the order when to expect delivery. We ship UPS, US Postal Service and FedEx.

Claims
Carefully open and inspect your order immediately upon receiving it. If you receive a damaged package or a package that looks like it has been opened or otherwise tampered with, carefully open, inspect the contents and be sure to save the damaged container. Claims for damage or shortage of merchandise are to be made to Juliano’s Interior Products, LLC within 5 days of receipt of your order by calling us at 860-872-1932.
Returns
All sales are final and merchandise may be returned only with the consent of Juliano’s Interior Products, LLC. Special orders, cut goods, used, misused, installed or altered products cannot be returned. No returns on installed electrical parts or safety items. No returns after 30 days. Must call to obtain a return number. Approved returns are subject to a handling charge of not less than 15%. Authorized return numbers are valid for 30 days after date of issuance.

The Juliano’s Safety Anchor Plate has a specially rounded form designed to gather and reinforce the sheetmetal floor instead of tearing through it. This design also makes the Safety Anchor Plates ideal for reinforcing seat mounts too. Specifically engineered threaded steel plates come complete with bolts and washers. A version with angle brackets is also available for retractable belts. Anchor plate measures 2-3/8” x 4-1/2”.
1. Move seat to its rearmost position. 2. Insert end fitting through the seat between the backrest and cushion and use tape to mark a location behind the seat on the floor where, when installed, the webbing will be positioned at approximately a 70o angle. Diagram No. 2 3. Space the end fittings so they are a minimum of 15” and a maximum of 25” apart. 4. Inspect under the car for any weakened or rusted areas and repair as needed. Plan your placement to avoid exhaust system, brake and fuel lines.
5. Use a 1/2” hollow punch (gasket punch) to cut through carpet and padding. 6. Use a 1/2” drill bit to drill through floor. 7. Paint or coat anchor plates as desired, first masking off threads. 8. Install per Diagram No. 1 9. Make sure anchor plate is secured against the bottom of the floor and that the bolt engages all of the threads in the nut welded on the bottom of the anchor plate. We have artfully combined the classic styling of the '40 Ford steering column with modern manufacturing techniques and designed the ultimate column for traditional hot rods. Each is hand crafted from aluminum alloy to look original in every way. All dimensions are exactly like the original.
• The '40 column is available with an authentic looking column shift with reproduction shift knob and detents compatible with most three and four speed automatics. The shift linkage lever can be indexed to any position for easy linkage hook-up. • A smooth version without the column shift is also available for floor shifts.

Juliano’s '39 Classic column

• Any of Juliano’s wheels mount directly to these columns for an exceptionally clean look. No adapters! You may also mount an original '40 steering wheel or GM compatible wheel without the need of an adapter. • Standard column length is 35". We will also custom build to any length. Columns are measured from the end of the output shaft to the top of the bell. Do not include the splined steering shaft in the measurement. Shafts accept a 3/4" DD U-joint. • All columns are wired for horns. Specify horn wire exit location. • Special column drops and floor mounts are sold on pages 19 and 21. • Like the original, these authentic looking columns do not have built in turn signals, but a chromed '50s accessory unit would sure complete the look!

Easy-Angle Floor Mount Solidly mounting and sealing a late model steering column to the floor of an early car or truck has always been a problem. JULIANO’S exclusive EASY-ANGLE COLUMN MOUNT makes it simple. The airtight machined billet ball joint allows for misalignments of almost 18 degrees over a 30" column. Easy-Angle is split so that it can be mounted on either side of the floor. And it looks great too! Fits 1-3/4”, 2”, 2-1/4" and 2-3/8" columns (with gasket). 4-1/2" outside diameter. Check out Juliano’s revolutionary idea to cleanly connect exhaust pipes, making it super easy to make changes to your exhaust system while adding that overthe-top professional look to the undercarriage of your ride.
Carefully align and tack fittings in place. Be careful not to overheat parts. Test fit before finish welding. Do not overheat the parts as excessive heat may cause warpage.
Apply anti-seize to the male threads and tighten the nut with a spanner wrench.
Apply anti-seize to set screw in the face of the nut and tighten to lock nut in place.
