A number of our teams have ambitious plans to expand and recruit over the coming years. Increasing capacity within the workforce allows us to undertake more projects and opportunities arising from both Torbay Council and external clients. Over the coming years, to fill some of these new vacancies, TDA aims to forge closer links with colleges and universities and develop both an Apprenticeship and Graduate Training programme.

94% of our staff said in a recent Staff Survey that they found th eir work at TDA interesting and rewarding. TDA is committed to the development of Community Wealth in Torbay, ensuring all of our projects offer a Social Value contribution.
