As the Las Olas lsles residents fast approach July 4th, I am wishing everyone a safe and enjoyable holiday weekend. Whether staying in town or traveling this holiday truly signifies summertime with the afternoon storms and higher temperatures.

The luxury real estate market in 2023 is much more active. In addition to local buyers, I have had the privilege to work with buyers from Russia and The Cayman Islands! Scott Durkin, the CEO of Douglas Elliman just reported that May was the best month for the brokerage in a year! Here in Fort Lauderdale, I am very encouraged by the interest in my current luxury inventory, multiple offers were received in April and inventory remains extremely low. Summertime is a great time to list your property. The foreign investors typically look during the summer and we continue to welcome families preparing for the new school year.
