The luxury real estate market in 2023 is much more active. In addition to local buyers, I have had the privilege to work with buyers from Russia and The Caymen Islands! Scott Durkin, the CEO of Douglas Elliman just reported that April was the best month for the brokerage in a year! Here in Fort Lauderdale, I am very encouraged by the interest in my current luxury inventory, multiple offers were received in April and inventory remains extremely low.
