POP® Open-End rivets are hollow blind rivets pre-assembled onto a headed pin or mandrel. When set, POP open-end rivets resemble conventional tubular rivets, but unlike tubular rivets, the mandrel head is retained within the body of the rivet. These large-flange rivets give wide load spread, and are available in aluminum. Providing strong, low-cost fastenings, POP openend rivets do well in most industrial riveting applications where materials to be fastened do not have high load-bearing requirements.

Pedals utilize a fixed trunnion bearing in the pedal arm, with spherical rod-end bearing push rod attachments. They provide ultimate precision, control, and adjustment of brake bias on race prepped vehicles. The Tru-Bar pedals utilize the same chassis and master cylinder mounting as all Wilwood balance bar style pedals. A stronger and larger diameter 7/16”-20 bar provides quicker adjustment. While left and right side axles are different lengths they are normally the same diameter; this inherently gives the right side axle a lower spring rate. This means the left side axle does not “wrap-up” as much as the right side and the car has a tendency to steer right on initial acceleration because the left rear tire sees the power first. By using a smaller diameter left hand axle with the “Twist concept” you can equalize this torque steer reaction both under acceleration or deceleration.
