DEEPER OVERGROUND The project was born from the first ideas that emerged from diferent interviews with the people of Cenisia. The idea that stood out more was about to have a more welcoming neighborhood where the identity of the sector and the people were more evident. Also to have a more green neighborhood where the nature and the green were strongly present. Deeper underground is the intention of joing the ideas of identity, people, nature, etc following the concept of “Feeling the levels”. Is for this reason that our urban proposal is developed in layers than start to interconnect in what we called GREEN LIFE: Pedestrian, meeting zones, nature, parks and alternative energy; with CONCRETE REALITY: parking zones, carriageways, hard areas and buildings. This approach was adopted outside for the urban renovation and inside for the building renovation of the school. Otherwise, this project is looking for a better bioclimatic performance, in which were developed diferent strategies (active and passive strategies )In order to ensure indoor comfort. Technical strategies have been planned by modifying the envelope of the building with the addition of new wall packages and windows, supported by a new shading system able to adapt to each facade. Deeper Overground guarantees a performance strategy both from the bioclimatic and energy point of view.

IN-SITU IN- SITU is a social housing project located in “La Esperanza” neighborhood of UPZ 89 in Bogota , Colombia . The houses in the sector “ La Esperanza” where the project is located, have a high danger index due to different factors such as, danger due to mass wasting , location on large slopes, and location in natural reserve areas. Taking into account the mentioned before, IN- SITU, based on the concept of IN THE PLACE , seeks to relocate the people with the worst living conditions of the sector in another block of the same sector improving their life style without losing the roots of their sector. The entire housing complex is based on progressiveness, eco-productivity , stacking, flexibility, etc as design concepts. IN-SITU seeks to solve the quantitative and qualitative deficit of the habitat that currently exists in “La Esperanza” neighborhood relocating 150 families in this housing complex. The project is made up of duplex apartments and progressive and productive houses.

AN INTEGRATIVE PARK For the realization of this project, were taken into account some surveys realized into the territory to structure a project with a strong participative process of the people. In this way was annalized the current situation of Biella as a fragmented territory and society, as a huge potential of landscape, and as a strategic location( between two major cities). Taking into account the features mentioned before , the main goal is the creation of a new post-human scenario where all the type of fragments (ecosystems, landscapes, urban zones, types of productions, human scenarios, natural scenarios, ways of life etc) could recognice the territory as a unity. Biella as an integrative park , (seen the city as a park ) will be the tool for achieve this main goal, giving to the territory a specific identity in their parts (park typologies: cultural park , productive park) and a common project. Taking into account this, the, project will be realized using the actual systems and the new once, created by overlapping them.

PRODUCTION SYSTEM
MEMORY SYSTEM
MOBILITY SYSTEM
The production system is essencial for structure the idea of the city as a park, seen the park not just in the cultural frame but also involving tipical activities of the city and the territory that were developed for many years ago. In this way were created the “ Agro-corridor” that incentivates the agrotourism in the city, also the “knowledge exchange corridor” that mix the academy with the industry as a renovation of the traditional thinking arround the industry.
The memory system takes into account all the important spaces with a significative history, memory or heritage, and are used as important atractions and connectors in the “main corridors “ created in each zone. The aim of the memory system with the art and sport corridors is to incentivate “cultural paths”
The mobility system is essencial for thinking the city as a park because it will be the main way to move between park typologies ( cultural park - productive park ) and also between diferent types of the created corridors. Cultural park : Art, Sport, Agro, industrial corridors. Productive park : knowledge exchange, Sport, Eco-awareness, Agro corridors.

OASIS
LOCAL SCALE URBAN PLAN
The project its located in “Humedal Juan Amarillo” Bogotá, Colombia, taking into account this, its a place in which the ecosystem its very important for the presence of the big water body and the plant and animal life. For this reason Oasis borns from the reflection of what means the water in diferent aspects. The water as a main element of the nature that gives a relax environment, that gives health and well-being; The water also in its shape as a flexible body, as movement, as stream, as fluid. Based on the mentioned before, Oasis is an Aquatic center that its main object is give to the people of “ El Rincon” neighborhood” a space focus on the health and the well being through water. Oasis was designed to have two main pavilions, one focused mainly on sports health where is develop diferent activities of low impact as swiming, yoga, pilates etc ; and the other focused on integral health, where physiotherapy and aquatherapy are performed. Otherwise, the project is looking for an optimal bioclimatic performance in which some active and passive strategies were develop for achieve this aim.
