About Juliet Juliet is a watercolor artist and surface designer based in her hometown of New Orleans, LA. She has been painting with watercolor since 2015, which is the same year she founded her brand Juliet Meeks Design. She enjoys working with playful color combinations for a fresh take on more traditional watercolors. Florals are a main theme of her artwork because they offer an avenue for loose expressionist shapes and color exploration. Her illustrations and patterns have an uplifting, slightly nostalgic, and effortless feel.
