Cyber bullying has risen over the past few years so initiatives like the saferinternet.org and the parents.vodafone.com are informing both parents and young people about how to be safe online.
As technology improves with the internet, games consoles, mobile phones, personal devices, pc’s, and tablets: we grow and learn from new forms of equipment and media. Parents benefit from learning more about what the children are engaged in. Children are now being bullied over their phones and digital screens. The graph above shows how Cyberbullying has developed in different areas of media technology. Also use the graph list as the range of areas that children use to communicate with each other. We can move forward safely with technology when we know how to use it.
