Adapting of tenement The adapting of unusable, antique tenement house which is situated in the centre of Cracov. The aim of building's renovation is to give it a new function and renew old architecture in conjunction with contemporary architectural language. The building is currently in a state of non-use and being inside it is life-threatening. The historic entrance portal and plasters are in a very poor condition.

Function scheme - ground floor - space management service function, thematic shop which is related to the main function of building. -on each floor there is a repeating functional group which houses a toilet and an auxiliary facilities. -Vertical Communications (staircase, elevator and hallways) occupy the next group which is adjacent to the previous one. -On the ground floor there is the door to the backyard, which is a rest area and serves as an access to the sculpture studio. -the sculpture studio is a building that consists of the entrance part with storage rooms, studios on the ground floor and an office area on the second floor. -another floors are equipped with the same functional system, which for the purposes of the project is adapted for photographic studio, painting studio and two floors as architecture studio. -The last floor is a place of rest with a terrace exit, from which the city skyline can be admired
The new, strengthened structure of tenement house makes it possible to change the interior design, and its function (e.g. residential building, hostel, yoga studio) The project assumes the flexibility and adaptability of new features.

Revitalization of the city Halle-Neustadt
Revitalization project concerns to the modernist city, Halle Neustadt, located in Germany. The main strategy of the project 'Sport's Halle' is to reverse communication system of the city. Urban routes are directed to the ring roads, busy roads are directed in the way that they do not pass through the city center. Instead of car lanes and bike paths, project offers many green avenues with newly created sports functions. The project involves adaptation of a large area of the city for leisure, sport functions; that defines the image of the city.
The strategy is divided into three stages. The first stage of regeneration corresponds to the central part of the city. In subsequent stages, the placement of large sports facilities on the outskirts of the city, which will have a service base in the center. Movement between these centers should result in improving the quality of space.

An important element of the project is readaptation of the city main street. Function of wheel communication is reduced to a minimum, while exposed are walking, cycling and running paths, playgrounds sport fields. The main road is transformed into public space giving groundwork to the further development of the city.

1A STRATEGY: is to divide thematically each segment of Magistrala street. So that each part can be identified with his subject. Make a distinction zones by diversifying floors and levels of terrain.
THE CENTRE: The urban and dynamic life is concentrated in the centre of city. The Magistrale is redefined because of the connection with the pedestrian areas. The pedestrians and the bikers are claiming the place. The tram is in the middle. There can be shops, restaurants, bars, etc. in it.
IN BETWEEN: Is the green promenade, with a focus on sports activities. It's an animated and touristic walk with panels showing and explaining the modernist city scape, and how it has changed since 1965, as well as the plans for the future.
THE OTHER AREAS: Periphery used as an opportunity for temporary use (in the ruins of the modernist structures) such as large concerts and festivals and parks with a wild character for picnics, trekking, horseback riding and other activities that demand large spaces and profit from the alternative setting
THE ACTIVITIES HUB: New library building with study places, indoor sports, some cheap restaurants, etc. This area is defined as the public space. introducing water in linear ponds.
THE TRAFFIC HUB: This section shows the traffic hub that is imagined for the entrance of Halle Neustadt. At the transport hub there's a bike/ car sharing point, a parking and a stop of the public transport system.

Long distances between the walls of the street, which made the feeling of being on the square for cars. Another problem was the complete lack of function along pedestrian routes, which took away their attractiveness. Large buildings on sides of the empty were lost human
both space scale.
The first step in the revitalization of the street is to reduce traffic. Introduction automobile communication barriers. Limited to two lanes. This increases the availability of the entire communication within and pedestrian safety by forcing drivers slower and more careful driving. Pulling the greatest attribute of the Magistrale, which is the public transport. Tram, as the most friendly means of public transport. The addition of the sport and in subsequent stages of the services and recreation along the traffic .. Creating a flexible space that can be used in various ways. As marketplaces, local events, meeting place. Breaking hostile scale of streets "the wall" by reducing hight of the buildings, and addition a greater amount of green. In the wider areas of Magistrale placement of buildings/pavilions with the function of public services....
Revitalization of the city center of Halle-Neustadt
Project of center Halle - Neustadt assumes its activation through sport. It is planned to use the gable walls of tall buildings as climbing walls. Transformation of skyscrapers in the hostels, which could accommodate visiting athletes. Project of center Halle Neustadt envisages the creation of a number of functions associated, among others, training center in pavilions buildings, sports hall, a wellness center and numerous cafĂŠs and restaurants.
The proposed assumption is addressed primarily to professional athletes and sports-related companies, and above all climbing. Halle - Neustadt would become a powerful rock climbing center and the largest center for the promotion of the sport.

The project involves the removal of above ground parking, which is located just off an der Magistrale. Parking spaces have been created from the northern part of the square, where the multi-level car parks were renovated. Proposed is to reduce traffic in the center, this treatment is to improve the quality of public space and to encourage people to spend time here, by improving the safety and quality of the center. They provide direction at the same time inviting to the entrance to the center. As an architectural detail in the project was developed high building modernization in order to create a suitable base for the proposed sports center functions. The existing structure with regular design (originally dormitories) is ideal for use as a hostel. The ground floor was designed for room service and a restaurant. On the first level there is a foyer and cloakrooms for the proposed climbing center. Designed wall has an independent staircase, which is accessible both from the outside and from the building.

In the center of the city of Halle Neustadt, there are five high-rise buildings, which are an important element of composition of the city. They are indicators of the center and a landmark in the city. Therefore, the modernization of the building strictly connected with the functions introduced to the city. Massive modernist buildings their dimensions correspond to the scale of the urban city. This causes confusion and disorientation residents. Completely not correspond to human scale, therefore, by the divisions on the facade creates a more human-friendly systems.

ACTIVATING
IMPULS_
A primary vision of the city Halle Neustadt was based on a modernist conception. The city was supposed to be a continuation of an existing city Halle Alstadt and provide flats with a number of services for the employees of a newly created factory in the southern part of the city. Unfortunately, noble modernist assumptions made the city look like rescaled", which did not suit a human scale. As a result, a human felt lost. Inhabitants did not have anything to identify with and that made them move out of the city leaving deserted buildings behind themselves. The only symbol of the city Halle was five tower blocks in the city centre, where services and the majority of entertainments of the New Halle were located. Our conception, in turn, assumes a "rebirth" of the city relying on the symbolic tower blocks. They are precisely what symbolizes the "rebirth". They perform a new function- to give an incentive for a further development and thereby attract new inhabitants. We suggest replacing the factory with the Technological Park with a range of services and flats in the New District of the city. It is to be connected with the Halle Alstadt directly by a main street Der Magistrale. Due to great distances between buildings and a big number of traffic lanes, parking lots, the street loses an original function of a "street". A wider vision of the development of the city intends to activate the Magistrale by limiting a number of traffic lanes and creating a range of services and entertainments. In other words, the Magistrale is to be split into sections of different "topics"\, so that inhabitants can easily identify with a place. In addition, such a multifunctional street leads to a modern, business district in the city centre, where tower blocks refurbished in the modern style are located. As it has been already mentioned, these modern and innovative tower blocks constitute a new symbol of the modernist city Halle.
The concept behind Gas Factory "Air Liquide" is to integrate architecture into natural environment to create complex of naturelike buildings. Thanks to Smooth Lines of the roof it seems delicate and integrated with external environment. Using openwork and cover facades made of translucentscrim gives the impression of lightness and subtlety of industrial architecture. The concept to integrate the factory in the scheme of the natural ecosystem is an attempt of changing the view of the people on the Industrial buildings, which are usually connected with a pollution and harmful effects for the environment.
Gas Factory
Air Liquide competition
The idea to give a new image of the factory is to create a complex of buildings connected by a glass-batten. Roofing of the buildings is made in shape of the delicate leaves. Leaves, because they are a natural reflection of the processes taking place in the factory gases Air Liquide - the creation of oxygen. The whole complex resembles a twig from the tree stem - which are responsible for communication between the buildings which is not just a string of communication for employees but also the communication of gas - pipelines supplying appropriate materials for the machine encased in a way that resembled the leaf veins, and all are covered with housing mesh supported on pillars of the support structure between them. Vertical communication is carried along while housing buildings in a grid supported on a steel to give a set adequate security at work but also to give communication strings illumination with natural light. The concept is not about providing a complete enclosure devices, it relies more on the use of existing machines, pipelines and shaping them in a way that will allow forming a coherent with whole complex of buildings. Breaking the factory into individual buildings linked by ties makes it possible to form in a different ways depending on the available plots, it can be dispersed or compact or even they can be arranged in a such way to create the impression of writhing leaf upwards.

Master plan and building plan of foundation of the building on the land were determined by drawn line that shows the range of human sight. The main goal of the project is to expose dance theater in best possible way. From any point of "entry" on the projected area, viewer's eyes are being led onto the theater. Meeting points marked by lines of coverage, allowed to determine the most appropriate location for the building seated - a place which each side is the most visible and accessible.

DANCE THEATRE

front facade
west facade
east facade
This concept has been completely transferred to urban planning and interior of the building since both eyes and viewer itself is run into the building, to one of the three inputs. Entrance hall extends over the entire length of the building and combines two entrances. Design squares around the school dance, alternating with green areas stress paths of entry. The building is divided into a dance theater with a ballet room, auxiliary spaces hinterlands and into the hall, entrance hall - which is part of the zone separating the theater - which is the main communication in the building. And part of the school, where there are classrooms, changing rooms and a recreation area - also available from the outside. The theater is a dominant feature of the area, more attractive place for tourists and creates opportunities for urban development.
Availability - communication - is an important aspect of architectural design. Gives shape to the building and sets out the main entrance. Therefore, I paid particular attention to the communication located in around the plot. Every road, every path find its continuation in the projected area. Function - because I think it is the most determines the form and arrangement of the investment. The main function of project is to dance - movement, dynamics, beauty. Dance is watched, admired through the senses of sight that is why the theater block positioned in the "middle of the stage" to every corner of the plot was the "first row".
