I am Julyana, an Architect and Interior Designer who is always inspired by something new. I love colors, different shapes, small details, the touch and the scent of materials. I define myself as a curious and open-minded person, combined with a limitless imagination, creativity, and extremely good taste. I am crazy about Fashion, Arts, and Design. Within this portfolio, I share some of my latest academic works, elaborated for the Istituto Marangoni in Milan, Italy. Such as mood boards, color and material charts, the definition of a concept through inspirations, colored plans and sections, digital 3D modeling, freehanding sketches, among others. To build this one, I used programmes like Indesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Autocad, 3DS Max and VRay. Additionally, few of my abstract artworks. Painting is one of the greatest hobbies for my free time.

Sollentuna is a calm and traditional suburb in Sweden, roughly 20 minutes drive from the capital city, Stockholm. It is surrounded by native forest, mountains and the large Edsviken, a narrow inlet of the Baltic Sea, where the king spends his summers. Classified as one of the best places to live on Earth based on the quality of life. The suburb is defined by its 4 seasons, each has their own unique personalities. During the winter the days are shorter and often snows. Every lake becomes huge ice skating rink. Spring and Autumn are always a surprise. It can be pouring in rain, shining sun or possibly snowing. Definitely, there is something very special about summertime in this place. Temperatures are warm, but not uncomfortably, and the days seem never-ending. When the ice melts it is possible to go around with the boat and also swim in the lake. Cocoon getaway is a very peaceful site. The perfect refuge to relax from the city life and a place where nature has the total control.

Alice and her husband William work very hard in a big European city. They have to travel many times per year for their jobs. Lately, they found the necessity to have at least two to three break times during the year to reload and to relax. They love to be in contact with nature, especially somewhere close to the lake. They adore boats and just enjoy themselves. Books, a nice hot chocolate in front of a fireplace, eventually go out for dinner and have a glass of wine with good friends is Alice’s best vacation programme. Simplicity, nature, and silence are the keywords to describe them.

Cocoon getaway was inspired by the silk cocoons, in the beauty and diversity nature of its location. A cozy small Cabana. Perfect site to enjoy the warmth and comfort of the fire. To feel protected. To renew the energy. To get inspired. And to be simple. A place where the single rule is to forget the stress of the big city life and let the environment controls you.

Cocoon getaway consists in a renovation project of an existent small cabana, with the total area of 19sqm, in front of the Edsviken Lake. The programme is very simplistic. Composed of a cozy bedroom, bathroom, and small closet, in other words how the clients prefer to call, “Cabana Suite�, which has everything that they want for their holidays. A comfortable bed, with low and functional lighting, a place where they can just appreciate the nature and the sea. They opted to do not have a kitchen, as they did not want to build an extra area, losing this way, the original aspect of the Cabana. Family and friends kitchens are all around. Another intact aspect was the external old wood finishing, keeping all the memories of the place. However, inside was completely renovated with the walls all covered by maple plywood. It was built two simple partition walls, to divide and give more privacy for the bathroom and closet. The choice of local furniture and materials also reflects the philosophy of the Cabana. Pretty minimalistic, but in a warm way, it could not miss the old style galvanized iron fireplace, and a special sheep fur rug, all personal wishes of the clients. nature and the sea. Blushed Decayy L o c a t i o n Berlin - German Thinking of Berlin as a worldwide city with many aspects of visual stimulation, everything comes up with a strong personality. Within the various landscapes and designs dispersed through the city, we are drawn to the decadent details with rough surfaces that arose from its historical identity, the methodic aspects (much from the German culture) and the beauty of nature in between.

Emilia, born and raised in Berlin, mid-thirties works in the advertisement field. She loves her job and her workaholic life. Very obsessed with her healthy and exercises every day is her life rule to get rid of the work stress. Super strong personality, but deep inside she is a dreamer, very sensitive and romantic. She adores comfort, simplicity and stays home at her free time. Her passions are art, design and the color pink.

In the middle of original elements full of history and meaning, it finds a warm light that adds softness and the capacity to bring liveliness to a place. Through the eyes of a strong young woman, the main proposal of the Berlin loft project is the perfect harmony between distressed surfaces and femininity within a linear structure.

n s p i r a t i o n s
Raw rusty decadent elements, overlays, and finishing. Nostalgic, industrial and destroyed surfaces. For example, cracked walls, concrete, and corten steel.
Minimal linear for the structure, and boundaries. Every element follows a path, each shape is geometric, parallel and regular.
Blushed Decayy Cotton candy pink dream, with elements that bring fluidity, warm and smoothness to the decadent vintage surfaces and minimalistic structure. Perfect harmony and femininity.

Cotton candy pink visualization in some elements that brings light and femininity for the loft. As it shows below, the pink neon light tunnel inside the staircase transformed completely into a magical place. Also, in many of the furniture choices that will be shown on the project.
Minimal Linear visualization at the whole structure of the place, but you can definitely see the most through the pillar, beam and staircase tunnel, as shown above.
Blushed Decayy Raw rusty visualization through the material finishing. The choice of combining concrete horizontal plank with corten steel tunnel for the staircase and to coat the fireplace with cracked walls brought to the place this aspect of decadent.

There are many international people as student and workers to get the most out of their creativity. Above the sky Moschino store in the heart of the city, located inside the Galleria Vittorio Emanuelle II.

The Moschino client is a person who stands out from the crowd. That is confident, a bit quirky but always is updated of the latest trend. The person is outgoing, love to attend the most important events of the week. Mix with the quirkiness there is a feminine and surreal touch that creates the unexpected Moschino women.

Once upon the time. There was this girl. She dreamt she was traveling up in the sky and many surreal things were happening during the trip. Such as flying objects, overlapped people, balloons all over the place and a hypnotic shine multifaceted surface. Oh, wait! It was not a dream. She was actually above the sky looking for diamonds. This is a Moschino remind that everything is possible. Please, do not stop to play, especially with your imagination.

C o n c e p t V i s u a l i z at i o n Balloons all over in the ceiling from the facade, entrance, some spread to the shoe area. It is made with a wire structure covered with barrisol. In some of them, there is a LED RGB inside which creates the color atmosphere. This color changes with a controller, depending on the mood, or the season of the store. VIP area is where it can be found the diamonds. Three of the walls are made with this multifaceted aluminum. Some are matte and some shining creating this tridimensional effect.
