SOCIAL CIRCLE
[64]
Our online interactions are simultaneously cloaked in anonymity and mercilessly exposed, and this vacillating visibility is a concept we seek to physically explore through our installation. With a circular array of vertical shutters inspired by the mimosa plant and window blinds, our installation opens and closes to reveal and hide the identities of people who choose to circumambulate the buttons. The blinds open only when both the inner and outer buttons of any segment are stepped on at the same time. When no buttons are pressed, the installation will open and close at speeds that correlate to the level of cellular usage in its vicinity, with higher usage leading to a slower speed and hence more open spatial experience, and vice versa – this is designed to mitigate the perceived lack of social interaction associated with higher cellular usage through increasing the openness of the space.

BUILTSCAPE
The module is a fundamental unit that can be manipulated and arranged investigation, the module is derived from a trapezoidal prism, with a lateral shift establishes a strong sense of directionality integrate the building with the site. The continuous plane with the landscape. especially interested in the joint conditions between the modules. The valley-like form between the modules articulates the boundary that exists between the city and the park. While it is fully constructed as a built environment, it is also a space fully exposed to nature. For instance, modules intersect to create dynamic skylights, bringing in natural light. Other modules join together to form low interior spaces for a dynamic experience. [70]

MUSEUM FRAMEWORK
SEVERAL DAYS AGO...
BET YOU DON’T ALWAYS GET TO EXPERIENCE A BUILDING INTERIOR IN
WHOAHHH!
WHERE DOES THIS BUILDING END?
EVERYTHING IN THIS BUILDING IS MOVING. DRIVES ME CRAZY! MY SENSES ARE TOO HEIGHTENED FOR THIS.
YOU CAN’T HIDE HERE. NEITHER CAN YOU! BUT THE TRUSSES INSIDE AND IN SHIPPING CHANNEL MIGHT CONFUSE OUR ENEMIES. IT ALL LOOKS LIKE ONE IMAGE.
[78]
TRUE. THEY BUT CAN’T FIND US SO EASILY.
LOOK AT THE SHIPS OUTSIDE! SO META...
IMAGES ARE FLATTENED AS THE SHIPS.
WHAT A SENSATION!
WELCOME TO THE NIGHTTIME ARENA. I BLEND RIGHT IN.
WHOAHHH!
SEVERAL DECADES LATER...
THIS IS WHAT REMAINS OF THE MUSEUM. IT HAS OUTLASTED MOST OTHERS AND HAS BECOME AN ARTIFACT ON ITS OWN.
WHAT IS THIS PLACE? PERHAPS WE CAN FILL IT IN WITH THE NEW ARTIFACTS OF OUR TIME.
