What we’re all about Juniper and Jane is a growing, Scottish design brand. We design and make distinctive home & giftware products with a particular focus on iconic and rugged outdoor themes. As keen hillwalkers, our authentic designs are drawn straight from adventures in Scotland. Jane Hunter and Sam Kilday founded Juniper and Jane in 2013 from their home base in Renfrewshire, and have since moved their craft and design space to a dedicated studio/ shop in West Kilbride, also known as Craft Town Scotland, North Ayrshire. We’re very proud to have been involved in West Kilbride’s successful bid to become Great Britain’s Best Village High Street 2015.
Our aim has always been to create the best quality, desirable products which evoke memories of Scotland’s most natural environments. Adventures over the past few years have taken us all over Scotland, drawing inspiration to create a whole new collection of patterned homeware and gift items. From navigating around the rocks of Assynt, hiking up in the Cairngorms, woodland walks through the Trossachs and plenty of laughs aided by small batch Scottish gin! This new design is a celebration of the unsung hero of Scottish architecture. Mountain Bothy Association recently turned 50 years old, helping to preserve ancient, often derelict properties in the most remote places. Imagine how many walkers have taken respite from the wild weather in one of Scotland’s 80+ bothies over the years.

TERMS & CONDITIONS
How to order Price list and order form available on request. Please email: wholesale@juniperandjane.co.uk Payment and Order Terms Pro-forma invoice until a trading relationship is established. 30 days thereafter. Minimum order value: £150 Carriage £10 for UK orders. Carriage paid for orders over £250 (excluding delivery cost)
Delivery shall be to your premises unless otherwise stipulated or agreed. Any delivery discrepancy must be notified to us in writing within 72 hours of the delivery. Title & Risk Full and complete title to the goods shall remain with Juniper and Jane until full payment is received. We reserve the right to re-possess any goods in respect of which payment is overdue. Risk in the goods shall pass on delivery. Cancellations
Payment by bank transfer or cheque. Credit/Debit card payments will incur a charge of 3%.
Lead Times & Delivery
The acceptance of any cancellation request shall be at our discretion and take effect only when written confirmation of such acceptance has been given by us, we reserve the right to charge for any costs or expenses we incur in connection with such cancellation.
Lead time is typically 2 to 3 weeks.
Returns
If any ordered items are out of stock or a longer lead time is required you will be advised straight away.
If you need to return an item because it is faulty, you will receive a full refund, a credit note for the full value of the faulty product or a replacement item. You will also be refunded the cost of returning the item. Please contact us as soon as this becomes apparent, preferably by email to wholesale@juniperandjane.co.uk stating the nature of the defect.
Please note we are not currently VAT registered.
We will endeavour to meet times advised for delivery but will not be liable for any loss, damage or expense of whatever kind arising from any delay or failure of delivery from any cause whatsoever.
These conditions shall be incorporated in all contracts for the sale of goods by Juniper and Jane (“us/we/our”) but no contract shall come into existence until we have given our written acknowledgment of your order.
