This project's aim was to represent the UC campus in Sketch Up. I and my partner focused on the Old Chemistry Building (the picture on the top), Which was Completely made by ourselves. We used some models online to make other buildings.
4
Design Work in Sketch Up This is the future design work for an empty space in Camp Wahsington, Cincinnati. I am considering to develop it as a small green garden. Also there are a stage can be used in some event.

This image is a post card I designed for Hyde Park. I chose the mushroom house in Hyde Park to be the background.
Public Space in UC Public space is a very important element in urban planning. University of Cincinnati include many public space can give students and professors to rest. Also, all the public spaces in UC are cover many trees and grassland, which make these places become beautiful scenery in UC.

Junlin Li Walking Tour PLAN1011 and 1055
This is a regular public space in UC. This space is created by the front side of Old Chemistry Building, Baldwin Hall, and Swift Hall.
This is a public space on the roof of Zimmer Hall. It is created by Baldwin Hall, Old Chemistry Building, and Rieveschl Hall.
This is an irregular public space that create by Steger Student Life Center, TUC, and MainStreet Classrooms.
Walking Tour Poster In this project, I focused on the public space in University of Cincinnati. UC has many nice public spaces, so I considered that this project is a good chance to show those places. Most works in the poster were hand drawing, the format of this poster was designed by Adobe Indesign.

Locker Room Model This is a 3D model for a locker room in the University of Cincinnati. I created the space of this model by myself during my second co-op. Also, the locker in the room are created by me hand by hand base on the data from my supervisor. This is a renovation project to renew the room condiftion for athletes, the design make full use of the space to fit different demand from athletes.
8
Meeting Room Model This is a redesign 3D model for the team meeting in the UC athlete center. I completed this model with the support from my supervisor. There is a fold door in the middle of the room. With this design, the meeting room can be used for two different meeting at the same time.

Understanding Contours Contour Project PLAN2011 Junlin Li
This is an exercise to understand and practice contour line. I used the outline and the difference in color in the picture to create the shape I wanted to represent. My aim in this project is to create a beautiful contour shape like some landscape in plain.
This work is base on the difference of color to decide which part can be used. Through different scale and slope let those area with contour line become very diversity. From this assignment, I learned how to use correct way to make a model, and understand more about contour.

Clovernook Site Inventory Part 1 In this project, I focused on the demographic data of Clovernook. The location at North College Hill, I used three scales of the map to compare this area and the surrounding areas, the whole Hamilton County, and the United State's demographic data, analyzing the current situation of this area.

This is a land use analysis poster for hotel suitability in Hamlton County. I focused on distance to different locations and highway and bus stop that related to hotel to do the analysis.
53.17933198 - 63.20521402 71.8943118 - 98.62999725
I used data of highway exit, bus stops, comercial areas, and parks to show the best place to build a hotel, and popuation density to show where the hotel can earn more profit. I used Euclidean Distance tool to make each distance map, and used Raster Calculator to calculator the distance formula. For population density map, I found data in social explorer, then create two field and join data in census tract, then calculator the data. The result show that the best place to build hotels are the center of each cities. To sum up, most road, comercial areas, and parks are focus on cities, also population density are very high in cities, so even though the price of hotels in cities will higher than hotels at suburban areas, but most customers will want to choose a convenience place to live, so the profit also will increase.

Schematic/Conceptual Design Part 1 In this project, I want to design an environmental friendly site in North College Hill, the location I chose is 6550 Hamilton Ave. At first, I created three green common spaces, then connected these spaces together. And based on the road in the site decided the distribution of houses.
