Cajun Parmesan Salmon prep time 15 min

cook time 25-30 min, plus an extra 5 min to cool

serves 3

Things you need 1 cup mayo

1/2 cup parmesan cheese 1 tablespoon cayenne pepper 1 side of salmon

Crackers


here’s how 1

Mix 1 cup mayo with 1/2 cup parmesan cheese and 1 tablespoon cayenne pepper

Lay half salmon piece on non-stick foil on a pan

Cover salmon in lemon juice, then cover in mayo mixture

Cover with your favorite crunched up crackers or bread crumbs. We prefer Ritz Pretzel flavored crackers

Bake at 350 degrees for approx. 25-30 minutes

Let stand 5 minutes, & enjoy!

Hashbrown Casserole prep time 15 min

cook time 15 minutes

serves 3-4

Things you need 2 cans cream of mushroom soup about 5 potatoes chopped into 1/4 inch squares 1 cup grated cheese

Chopped green onion

Garlic and Onion Burgers prep time 15 min

cook time 15 minutes

Things you need 1 lb ground beef

1 egg favorite crackers garlic and onion soup mix (or onion soup mix)

serves 3-4


here’s how Mix hamburger meat, 1egg, crunched up crackers, and soup mix in large bowl 2

Take out handfuls & roll into balls, then flatten into hamburger patties

Fry 10-15 minutes on medium heat

Roast and Veggie Dinner prep time 20 min

cook time serves 6-7 hours in a 3-4 crockpot

Things you need Crockpot

7-8 potatoes

1 Roast

Butter

3-4 Carrots

Sour Cream

1 Turnip Onion soup mix

here’s how 1

Cut turnip and carrots into 1/4 inch strips

Lay roast and veggies in crockpot with water and onion soup mix, cook on low heat

Boil potatoes until cooked

Mash potatoes with a heaping tablespoon of butter, heaping tablespoon of sour cream, and about a teaspoon of parsley

Use juice from crockpot to make gravy

Homemade Chili prep time 20 min

cook time 1 hour

serves 5-6

Things you need 1 lb Ground beef

1/2 Green pepper

1 Bottle spaghetti sauce

1 Can kidney beans

1/2 Can tomatoes

1 Can corn

2 Tablespoons of chili powder 1/2 Teaspoon cayenne pepper

1 Small onion


here’s how 1

Chop green pepper and onion

Put the groundbeef, green pepper and onion into frying pan, cook on medium heat, and when cooked, drain off the grease

Mix all ingredients into pot

Let simmer for about an hour to let spices set in

Serve with garlic bread and a ceaser salad

Pork & Broccoli Casserole prep time 20 min

cook time 15 min

Things you need 2 Pork chops

1 Can cream of mushroom soup 1 Cup of rice Chopped broccoli 1 Cup grated cheese

serves 2-3


here’s how 1

Fry pork chops in frying pan

When cooked, cut up the meat into 1/2 inch chunks

Cook rice and broccoli

4

Mix all ingredients into glass dish or non-stick pan

Cover in cheese

Bake 15 minutes at 350 degrees & enjoy!
