Booking Conditions Extract

It is important that you read the following booking conditions. These booking conditions form the basis of your contract with us. Please read these sections carefully as they apply to all bookings you make with us unless otherwise specifi ed. All holidays are operated by Just Go Holidays Ltd trading as National Holidays. HOLIDAY PAYMENT:

When you make a booking you must pay a deposit for every person named on the booking. Deposits per person and the balance due dates (the period before the departure date on which your full balance normally becomes due) are:

Please note: on some National Holidays short breaks, Sports tours, Events and Showtime tours, an increased deposit amount or full payment may be required at the time of booking. In these circumstances cancellation by you 8 weeks or more before departure would incur loss of all monies paid. If you cannot make a payment by card at the time of booking, please speak to one of our Reservations Assistants to discuss other options. You can make payments against your balance anytime between making the booking and the balance due date. If the balance is not paid on time we reserve the right to treat your booking as cancelled by you and apply cancellation charges. For bookings made after the balance due date the full amount is due at the time of booking. OUR AGREEMENT:

A contract is formed when we issue to you the notice of booking and terms and conditions. It is important you read through these and any other documents you receive and advise us of any inaccuracy within 14 days of the document date. By accepting the booking is correct you agree to our terms and conditions. We regret we cannot accept any liability if we are not notifi ed of any inaccuracy in any document within 14 days of our sending it out. This contract and all matters arising out of it will be governed by English law and will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. HOLIDAY CANCELLATION BY YOU:

If you want to cancel your booking after we have confi rmed it with you either verbally, over the telephone or online, you can do so by letter or email. If you cancel your booking, we will not refund any insurance premium or administration fees you may have paid and cancellation charges are based on the following scale to compensate us for not re-selling the holiday. If the holiday is re-sold a refund will be made:

National Holidays UK mainland, Special Events, Showtime, Family Fun & Sports holidays More than 8 weeks prior to departure: We refund the cost of your holiday less your deposit and any administration fees.

8 weeks or less prior to departure: You lose 100% of your holiday cost.

National Holidays Europe, Ireland & Channel Islands holidays More than 10 weeks prior to departure: We refund the cost of your holiday less your deposit and any administration fees.

10 weeks or less prior to departure: You lose 100% of your holiday cost. Upon cancellation you must return to us any tickets or vouchers you have received. You may be able to make a claim under your travel insurance policy if your cancellation falls within the conditions of the policy. Claims must be made directly to the insurance company concerned. Please note that we have no liability for any refunds, compensation, costs or any other expenses (including medical costs) incurred should you, or anyone in your booking party, test positive for Covid-19 and have to quarantine for a period of time, or are notifi ed or otherwise become aware that you have, or suspect you have, come into close contact with someone who has tested positive for Covid-19 (or where they otherwise suspect they may have Covid-19) and have to self-isolate for a period of time. If this happens within 14 days of travel you must contact us as you will no longer be able to travel. You will have the option to cancel and potentially claim on your travel insurance or postpone your holiday to a later date and accept any increase in price.
