• Amended and Restated Declaration of Covenant Conditions and Restrictions (CC&Rs)

This will be your opportunity to have your questions about the Amended and Restated Declaration of Covenants, Conditions & Restrictions (“CC&Rs”) addressed before you are asked to vote on them.

Association legal counsel, members of the Board, and the Bylaws and CC&Rs Communication Ad Hoc Committee will be in attendance to address questions about the proposed amended CC&Rs and the approval process.
