BOARD ACTIONS
• Approved soliciting volunteers for a Tahoe Keys Firewise “Ad Hoc” Committee
• Approved approve Smart Property Reserve Database for a Tahoe Keys Reserve Database Contract, including completion of the required Reserve Study in 2023, for a Year 1 cost of $34,592 to be funded from the Common Operating Fund.
• Appointed Pat Disney as the Inspector of Elections for the Islanders 2 Special Assessment Vote.
• Set the Islanders 2 Special Assessment Vote Record Date as June 16th, 2023.
• Approved landscape improvements at Capri Park, White Sands Park, and Pavilion Grass area for cost of materials for $14,195.33 plus a 20% contingency for a total amount of $17,034.39 to be funded from the Common Reserve Fund.
• Approved G-Pro Construction for the Cove 1 Building Staining Project in the amount of $55,457.60 plus a 10% contingency for a total amount of $61,002.70 to be funded from the Cove 1 Reserve Fund.
• Approve Kaczmar Painting for the Pavilion Pier Painting Project in the amount of $18,500 to be funded from the Common Reserve Fund.
• Approved the 2023-2026 Board Strategic Plan Draft.
• Approved the Water Shortage Contingency Plan.
• Authorized no further charges to Islanders 2 for the Moreno litigation.
• Appointed Erika Marston, Notary, as the Inspector of Elections for the 2023-2025 Board of Directors Annual Election.
• Set the 2023-2025 Board of Directors Annual Election Record Date as July 6th, 2023.
• Accepted the resignation of Dave and Norma Rogstad as the Co-Advisors for Tahoe Marina Shores (TMS) and to appoint Sabine Litten as the new CoCove Advisor for TMS along with Tooraj Agahi.
• Approved the appeal and reversed the ACC Fence Application denial for 1931 Venice Drive.
• Approve Lake Tallac Easement Purchase Resolution LTAUA-09 for APN #022-032-004-000.
• Approved submittal of the proposed revised Tennis and Pickleball Court Operating Rules for a 28-Day membership review period.
• Approved the proposed revised 2023 Fine Schedule.
• Approved the Resolution for Notice of Delinquent Assessment and Lien for APN #022-032-021-000.
• Approved the Resolution for Notice of Delinquent Assessment and Lien for APN #022-301-022-000.
