SUMMARY REPORT: Residential Summary Statistics

AS OF FEBRUARY 9, there are eight homes on the market in all of Somersett. In a normal market, there would be at least 50 on the market. In the month of January, there were 21 solds at an average dollar per foot of $291 compared to an average of $255 for all of 2020. Our market is crazy right now with multiple offers on almost everything that comes on the market. If you are a buyer call me also, we have some sellers willing to sell.
