The Club at Town Center

The Club at Town Center is open with Board-set guidelines in place to mitigate the spread of the coronavirus. These measures conform with county and state rules for the Governor’s Roadmap to Recovery Plan. We are counting on your cooperation to keep everyone safe and healthy. Here are highlights of what to expect if you visit the Club:

MASKS: Everyone at the Club at Town Center will be required to wear a face covering, except for children 9 years old and under and people who cannot wear a face covering due to a medical condition or disability. This requirement extends to all areas in the Club, including the Sports Court, Fitness Center and Aerobics Studio. SOCIAL DISTANCING: Please maintain six-foot social distancing at all times, even in the pools and on the pool decks. RESERVE YOUR SPOT: Members must reserve a time slot to use the fitness area, fitness classes, the Tennis Courts and the Lap Pool. Space is limited. Reservations may be made through the MySomersett app (recommended) or over the phone (787-4500) up to 48 hours in advance. Please be considerate of other residents and only reserve time slots you will actually use! • Front Desk: Distancing lines are taped for check-in. Sneeze guards have been installed. • Great Room, Canyon View and Media Rooms: Members are welcome to enjoy these areas so long as they wear masks and maintain six-foot distances between family groups. Medicare is the primary insurer for Americans over 65 years old, but some don’t know there are other options outside of Original Medicare that often come with extra benefits for no extra cost.

Medicare Advantage plans are an underutilized way to save money on healthcare costs. The Part C “all in one” alternative, combines Part A and Part B, and usually includes Part D prescription coverage. These plans keep all of the medical coverage offered under Original Medicare, have an out-of-pocket maximum and often include additional benefits like dental, vision, hearing, and transportation to doctor’s offices.

Finding the best coverage to meet your specific needs can significantly affect the quality and cost of your healthcare journey. Room is limited to four people in the room at one time, one per table. Locker Rooms: The saunas, showers and lockers are closed. Only the restrooms are open. Water Fountains, Towels: Water fountains are shut off and there will be no towel service. Clubs: There will be no Club meetings until further notice. Payments: Credit cards only – no cash!

RSVP Policy

Please remember to RSVP for programs by the deadline listed so we can ensure that enough supplies and staff are available. All event fees are due at time of reservation. Cancellations must be made 48 hours before an event to receive a refund. No refunds will be given for no-shows. Unless noted, all events are for residents only. If residents choose to bring a guest, event and guest fees apply

Late Pick-Up Fee

The Club will charge a late pick-up fee for any child not picked up within 15 minutes of a program’s end time, including Kids’ Corner. Following the 15-minute grace period, a $5 fee will be charged for
