All silt control devices are to be installed before any site clearance or excavation has begun, and shall be maintained until construction is complete, and turf has been established. All soil stockpiles, if left for more than 14 days, shall be contained within a silt fence and temporarily seeded to prevent erosion No mud shall be tracked onto public roadways; if so, it shall be removed. All storm sewer inlets shall be protected from silt, mud, and other debris throughout construction. Meet and match elevations of existing pavement. Notify Landscape Architect immediately or any discrepancies. The contractor shall verify that all areas drain, including paved areas, swales, and proposed storm systems. Should any area not drain, the contractor shall notify the Landscape Architect for resolution. The contractor shall ensure that a 2 % minimum slope is maintained on all paved and unpaved areas. Finished grade behind seat walls shall be 6" below top of seat wall, unless otherwise noted. All landscaped areas to be filled with 12" topsoil (minimum) and slope to drain.
