WINTER 2011
JP Market weathers the storm Last year, the JP market saw the highest prices of the century as buyer tax credits fueled a flurry of sales and extremely low interest rates caused more high-end sales to push up average prices. But as the year waned, prices came back down from that all-time-record high. Overall, though, the JP market finished better than most this decade with prices, days on market, and the number of sales all staying fairly steady through a historic downturn.

JP isn’t one homogeneous neighborhood – it’s a collection of many unique villages, each with their own distinct feel, and their own sales trends.
