Terry and Connie have been with Homes & Land for 21 years and currently publish Homes & Land of Ocala, Homes & Land of Gainesville, Homes & Land of Tallahassee and the Gainesville Rental Guide. They were introduced to Homes & Land by Terry’s brother, Steve Eager ton. They are President’s Club members, past Publisher of the Year and very active in the Homes & Land network.

Brie and Greg bought Homes & Land of Southwest Colorado in November 2011. When they purchased the magazine it was 32 pages. Since that time they have increased their frequency from four to six times per year and added 140 pages from 2011 to 2012.
