JUSTIN PAUL WARE PERSONAL STATEMENT

CONTACT

I am a graduate of Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute’s Bachelor of Architecture program, where I also earned a minor in Science, Technology, and Society Studies. Combined, these studies have allowed me to explore the impacts that design has on society and the environment, and dually, how these concerns are vital to the development of our profession. Currently, I reside in Brooklyn, New York, and work as a Project Manager and designer at Mapos, a small studio in Manhattan concerned with the creation of informed architectural environments and experiences that are focused around the user. My goal, as a designer and as a human being, is to combine my technical and conceptual education and work experiences with my personal interests in social, cultural, and environmental issues to develop and help implement appropriate design solutions to the contemporary challenges facing our world and its rapidly growing and increasingly urbanized population.
