Ho Chi Minh, Vietnam Masterise Homes 7.9 ha Under Construction
The Ba Son Development, named Grand Marina, is located in District 1 of Ho Chi Minh City besides The Saigon Botanical and Zoological Gardens. This prime location in the CBD of HCMC has a rich legacy and strategically located along the waterfront and adjacent to the Botanical garden. These gardens have been established by the wellrenowned botanist Mr. Jean Baptiste Louis Pierre in 1865. Mr. Pierre is probably best remembered for creating and mapping Saigon’s overall open space framework, therefore also called “The father of Saigon’s Greenbelt”. This rich and mature network of parks and boulevards is characterised by its symmetric grid that extends towards the Saigon riverbanks, embracing the Ba Son project site, formerly known for its shipyard legacy.
This project is under construction. Here are the bird view photos from the site .

The project is located in District 2 of Ho Chi Minh City. District 2, located along the Sai Gon River with its many green spaces, is a very popular and upcoming area in Ho Chi Minh City. The district exudes calmness and tranquillity; a high standard of living is the norm here. The overall patterns and geometry of the project design is driven by the leaf morphology of some common herbs, taking the leaves of the Mint plant as a reference. The iconic shape of this pattern can be found back in a variety of elements in the project. Including customized landscape features in the gardens, the iconic pool shape and patterns together with the customized tiling and wall claddings located in the residential apartments.
