hair You need to know… Hair should be clean and dry. All chemical processes should happen 5-7 days before your session. We need to know… Special details about your hair; texture, recent treatments, processes, extensions… How do you like styling it…
body You need to know… Waxing, tanning or self-tanning should happen at least 3 days prior to your session.
face You need to know… Face should be clean and moisturized. All chemical processes, injections, dermabrasions should happen 5-7 days before your session. Facial Waxing should happen at least 3 days prior to your session. We need to know… Special details about your skin; sensitivity, type, allergies… How do you like to wear makeup…

Have fun picking outfits to bring! Bring what you have, we can make it work! Here are some things to remember when choosing outfits… • Clothing should hug your figure • Tank tops, figure hugging tee’s, and jeans can are fine • Patterns can create width, solids are your best option • Show off your best features! • Wear things you love! • Think about problem areas; unhappy about your arms means adding a simple jacket, shawl, or ¾ sleeve • Don’t worry about shoes, they won’t be in the picture

family Family sessions are fun and memorable! What Dad should wear: Jeans and a Polo, Casual Shirt, or a fitted tee Girls vs. Boys: Typically girls will want to dress up like mom, but you can use the clothing guide a few pages back to dress them or let them wear dress-up clothes. Boys can dress like dad. Keeping everyone happy is our priority! Let Dad hang out with the kids for a while so mom can get a pampering makeover and about 30 – 45 minutes into the session we’ll have Dad bring the kids in for a few family poses. We understand about special circumstances, please tell us anything we need to know in advance so we can plan the perfect session for you.

When you arrive we will begin by reviewing the ou2its you chose to be photographed in and then a hair and makeup consulta9on for mom. Hair and makeup will take approximately 1 hour. A@er hair and makeup, the photoshoot will last approximately 1 -‐ 1.5 hours and include numerous ou2it changes we will add family to the last 15-‐30 minutes of our session together.
