Huw’s View ‑ Who is Huw? Huw Nurse is our founder, owner and hands‑on Managing Director. Since 2000, Huw has toured Sardinia, Sicily and Corsica to personally choose accommodation for our customers, to appeal to all tastes and budgets. Huw’s View is designed to give our personal opinion and advice on each accommodation as a holiday destination after visiting it himself.
Vine Rating On each of our accommodation pages there is a vine rating which may or may not vary from the official Italian or French star rating depending on our opinion of how many vines we think the accommodation should be awarded. Where the vine rating is lower, it may be a simple matter of standard of rooms or lack of facilities. Please call our Reservations Team for more details.
Don’t worry if you haven’t been there. We have! All our reservations staff have visited Sardinia, Sicily and Corsica for educational visits. Their combined experience enables us to offer you a personally selected choice of accommodation throughout the islands. We would be delighted to extend our personal recommendations to you, both before you go and during your holiday, from our local representatives. These include places to visit, interesting tours and activities to suit your party depending on where you are staying, what you like doing and, of course, the weather.
