Damage patterns are experienced in URM buildings with flexible wood diaphragms which are subjected to multiple deformation patterns when subjected to ground shaking These are mostly out-of-plane bending in both directions and shear raking

A magnitude 6.4 earthquake struck near Petrinja, Croatia, about 30 miles southeast of the capital of Zagreb, on December 29, 2020 The largest earthquake to occur in Croatia with the last earthquake of 5.6 occuring on November 27, 1990

Program Concept: SHARED ECONOMY 1.Separation but a unification between living, working, and social spaces. 2.‘coliving/coworking spatial design has much to do with a space’s ability to adapt to the changing needs of users…’ ‘The traditional notions of "private" and "public" space are eroding under the influence of a sharing economy and technological advancement. Space is being recognized as a profitable commodity in itself’

Shared spaces: Courtyard/ wide corridors
