Resisting Against Salt Corrosion

• An epoxy-based CATHAPHORESIS treatment is applied by electroplating on all K-array’s Marine products, ensuring a total coating with a homogeneity of constant thickness in order to give metal surfaces a considerable resistance to chemical and environmental corrosion.

• Nano-powders of Zirconium are used in the formation of phosphate coatings to improve corrosion resistance and paint durability.

• Different joining accessories and screws are used to resist corrosion

• Chassis made of only premium materials like AISI304 stainless steel

Being Water Proof

• IP accessories are always included and features an epoxy-based CATHAPHORESIS pre-paint treatment.

• In some products the connectors have been replaced by built-in cable gland.

• The cone drivers have been waterproof and UV-proof treated
