HOW TO MAKE WORKING OUT WORK FOR YOU

COMMIT

Making a commitment to yourself to add exercise to your life is the first step. You have to schedule your workout just as you would any other appointment in your life. Your body will thank you for it one day. Don’t quit, stick to your appointment. Once you start cancelling your workouts, it becomes habit. Same goes the other way, it you are consistent, that will become your habit.

BRING A BUDDY

Training with a friend means you will have someone keeping you accountable, someone to give you that boost on days where you might need a little more motivation and someone to give you that push to go a bit further, heavier, harder. Plus, a little friendly competition never hurt anyone.

GET IN TUNE

Create a workout playlist with your favorite tracks to make your workout even more enjoyable.

FIND THE RIGHT EXERCISE FOR YOU

Some love to run, others get sick just thinking of it. Some prefer gentler Yoga while others max it out on the bench. I say, try it all! You might just surprise yourself. Come and chat with myself or any of the instructors for guidance, the options are endless.
