Beverly Glen Phase I HOK was responsible for providing design direction for all amenity spaces , common corridors and three schemes for suite finishes. The goal was to incorporate natural elements to create a strong connection to the outdoors and a vibrancy to appeal to a youthful demographic. Being cognizant of budget, the design team established features while also incorporating cost effective pieces to avoid value engineering during construction.

Beverly Glen Phase II HOK was responsible for providing design direction for all amenity spaces throughout the condominium along with common corridors and suite finishes. The target was a more mature demographic of local downsizers, and an emphasis was placed on providing a timeless and sophisticated design. The approachable and accessible amenity spaces strive to promote gathering to form a sense of community. A concept of heritage celebrates the history of the region, and the design team incorporated finishes to reflect this.

Daniels Corporate Staff Cafe Refresh Daniels corporate office in Mississauga was outdated and in need of a refresh. This small team has large gatherings and lunch/breakfast events throughout the year. Their current closed off kitchen did not promote community within the office. We proposed to open the walls and ceiling to allow for more seating and create a space that emulated an industrial loft. The existing garage doors would open up, allowing access to the barbeque outdoors.

EY Waterloo Corporate Office The 23,000sf office is focused on recruitment and retention of university graduates. The objective was to shift their office work culture to become more collaborative, and empower employees by giving a choice of where to work within the office day to day. Sustainability played a major role in the design as EY supports both LEED and WELL standards. The building achieved a net positive carbon output, and all decisions were in alignment with the building strategy.

EY Dieppe NB Corporate Office The 6300sf office needed a refresh to align with current EY office standards. A full re-design took place in order to incorporate a more central, open lunch room, team rooms, an open collaboration space as well as small phone rooms. Being located out of province, the design team kept in close contact with the client and construction manager to ensure that the design intent was maintained.
