The build-down

What Now

Many people have seen your work and it has been a hectic few months. There is only one thing left now. The build-down. From Wednesday 5 (09:00h) to Friday 7 July (17:00h) you have the time to build down your work. You need to build down your work yourself. If you shared a space with another graduate, you are both responsible for cleaning the space. This means that your space needs to be clean and restored into the same condition you have received it in. When you are done building down, the Facilities department will check your space.

SPACE CHECK + REFUND DEPOSIT

When you, or the people you share a space with, have cleaned and restored the space, you need to contact Facilities. They will then come and check if the space is still in a good condition. If you have shared a space, at least one person needs to be present for the final check. To have your space checked call the Facilities department:

• Spaces in Prinsessegracht: 070-3154703

• Spaces in Bleijenburg: 070-3154704

The deadline for having the space checked is Friday 7 July, before 17:00h.

It will take about two weeks to refund your deposit. If you miss the deadline of Friday 7 July, your deposit will be refunded after the summer break. The deposit will be refunded to the same account from which the deposit payment was made. If necessary, the deposit will be offset against outstanding bills. Questions about your refund?
