《不貧窮藝術節 X 香港》的特色 Little Things about Let’s Be Together Arts Festival X HK 《 不 貧 窮 藝 術 節 》對 香 港 藝 術 圈 而 言 是 一 個 非 常 獨 特 的 藝 術 節 。我 們 知 道 在 香 港 做 藝 術 很 不 容 易 , 光是租用場地也所費不菲。所以我們稟承《不貧窮藝術節》的理念,以最實在的協助方法⸺免費提供場地、免費 基本器材、免費宣傳、印刷、票務及行政協助等等,讓藝術家能有一個專心和自由創作的空間和展現平台。 除此之外, 相對起台灣的藝術家需要無償演出,香港《不貧窮藝術節X香港》會把所有演出門票收入歸於該藝術家,以支持 藝術家的創作生活,讓作品得以延續和發展。 LBTAF X HK is a unique arts festival in Hong Kong. We understand it is not easy and unaffordable to be an artist in Hong Kong; therefore, LBTAF X HK happened. We heritage the vision of LBTAF, and provide all kinds of FREE support to artist including venues, basic technical equipment, marketing and promotion, printing, ticketing, and administration support. With such supports, artists could be able to focus on their creativity. Besides, all the ticket sales go to the artists to help the artists to sustain.
《不貧窮藝術節 X 香港》2021 的主題 The Main Theme of Let’s Be Together Arts Festival X HK 2021 二 零 二 一 年《 不 貧 窮 藝 術 節 》的 主 題 為「 給 藝 術 重 新 冠 冕 」,喻 意 藝 術 行 業 能 夠 重 新 得 到 應 有 的 尊 重 。 全 球 疫 情 爆 發 之 初 ,藝 術 行 業 首 當 其 衝 。藝 術 場 所 被 逼 關 閉 ,全 球 數 以 百 萬 計 的 藝 術 工 作 者 面 臨 失業 。大部份人難以理解為何藝術界需要援助,因他們從來都沒有視藝術工作為正常工種,有些人甚至 拋下一句: 「是 時 候 放 棄 夢 想,認 真 過 日 子 吧 。」疫 情 期 間,藝 術 工 作 者 只 能 默 默 堅 守 自 己 對 藝 術 的 愛 與 信念。日子艱難,所以他們當起巴士消毒員、蛋糕師傳,或者是產品推廣員;靜靜等候表演場地重開、藝術館重啟 的日子,期待能再以自己的作品為大眾說故事,講人生的時刻。
我們的上帝是最偉大的創造者和藝術家。我們深信上帝喜悅藝術行業,而在上帝眼中,每一位藝術家都是特別 的。我們感謝許多藝術家在這段日子仍然捉緊向人訴說生命美好,以及對社會發出思考提問的使命。今年 《不貧窮藝術節》再啟動,我們希望能透過藝術節尊榮這一群苦等了一個春夏秋冬的藝術家;尊榮他們愛藝術、 愛社區、愛人的心;希望透過觀眾的哭笑掌聲為他們重新冠晃。 讓我們繼續以藝術祝福世界、榮耀上帝。 The slogan of Let’s Be Together Arts Festival (LBTAF) 2021 is “Recrown the Art Industry,” a call to bring the respect back that the art industry deserves. When the pandemic started, art was the first thing to shut down. All theatres and galleries closed; millions of artists became unemployed. Yet most people still cannot make sense of why the art industry needs aid and support, because they do not see art as a real job. Some say, “It’s time to give up your dream and take your life seriously.” Amid the pandemic, artists have stood firm in their faith in art and love. Barely able to survive, they became bus “disinfectionists,” bakers, or promoters, patiently waiting for the reopening when they could once again tell their story through their work. LBTAF resumes this year, and we hope that we can honor artists through the festival, honoring their heart for art, community and humanity; we hope to recrown them through the laughs, tears and applause of the audiences. God is the greatest creator and artist in the world. We believe that God loves the art industry, and every artist is special in God’s eyes. The mission of artists is to tell of the goodness of the world, but at the same time ask questions to provoke critical thinking in response to the present time —— to bless the world and honor God.

In theatres, the red nose and mask of a clown are the greatest weapons that transcend words and cultural barriers. It allows us to put away our fake faces and free all aspects of ourselves. The creativity and contagiousness of the clown lies in the truth. Therefore, we smile and laugh no matter it is hilarious, embarrassing or sorrowful, as long as they are true.

演出內容簡介 CONTENT 我們每一個都曾經迷失在「性/別」這個框架之中,我們都曾經以 「也好It’s okay」去 努力迎合他們的標準答案,我們都曾經在旁 觀他人痛苦的時候以「也好It’s okay」去輕輕帶過,但心底裹吶 喊着的那句「It’s not okay」卻從來都沒有被正視。

We all implied gender-bias once in a while, sometimes consciously, most of the time unconsciously. “IT’S OKAY” is used to fit in the norms pretending we do not understand; “IT’S OKAY” is used to dilute those awkward moments assuming you do not care. While the self lies beneath the social mask that screaming “it's okay not to be okay” silently, is desperate to be heard.
製作單位簡介 PROFILE 「甲乙丁劇團」成立於2019年, 「甲乙丁」一詞源於廣東話的一個歇後語:甲乙丁, 「欠炳」 (廣東話炳可解作揍)。 由一班不同範疇的藝術工作者組成,希望能在創作風格 上有更多的碰撞、創新與嘗試,因而起了「何不做一些『欠炳』的事情?」的想法。過去 我們以訪問、討論、編作及形體探索作為劇場創作的媒介去探索社會議題,現階段 正着力於性/別議題。 去年我們以探討「性別之中的權力關係」為本,策劃《轉枱中的角 力》系列。先於Anti-480反性暴力資源中心舉辦首個主題工作坊,並於2019年12月, 以編作劇場形式在香港製作三場演出。2020年以錄像演出《灰色的個體》參展台北 第六屆【愛自由當代書藝展】及製作兩場《轉枱中的角力》劇場體驗+展演(香港)。 Finding “C” theatre established in 2019 spring. Finding the value of “C” is usually heard in solving equations. We are a group of troublesome “anonymous” who attempt to develop a culture of problem solving by making theatre. We believe that theatre is a space for trial and error, we gather and integrate to find the unknown “C”.

演出內容簡介 CONTENT 這套兒童劇會有:巴勒斯坦傳統兒童劇場的 「飛凡奇遇故事盒」 (Wonder Box)。
透過華麗的箱子,讓孩子由箱子的眼孔中 偷看故事的發展。劇中角色會幻化成紙偶, 在神秘的箱子內活動,亦會走出舞台,以演員 角色與觀眾連繫 。這種充滿幻想及互動的 賞劇活動,一定讓大人小孩都興奮難忘!故事 講述一隻與生俱來有四隻翼的小鳥,從小受 盡嘲笑。小鳥媽媽安慰牠說: 「每隻鳥生來 都有其原因」 ,令到小鳥決心找出來這世界的 意義。在尋找的過程中,一隻單翅膀而沒法 飛翔的小鳥出現,這個有關愛與光的故事 就此展開……
This children's play will feature the famous Palestinian traditional "Wonder Box". Through this beautiful fancy box, children sneak a peek into the story through the holes of the box. The paper puppets will magically play around inside this mysterious box. And they will walk out of the box to interact with the audience. This play is all about interaction and imagination, it surely will bring everyone an exciting and unforgettable experience. The story is about a little bird who was born with four wings. It has been teased and bullied by others for its difference. Mama bird always comforts and encourages this little bird by telling it that everyone is born with a purpose. With encouragement from mama bird, this little bird is determined to search for its life purpose. During the searching, it meets a bird with one wing who cannot fly, and the story of love and caring begins……
《孩子戲》劇團的命名,是希望所有人能從戲劇裏找回「孩童的初心」。
《孩子戲》除了兒童劇,亦有不同類型的戲劇創作。 訓練幼兒、兒童及青 少年戲劇外,還開辦成人及傷健共融的戲劇培訓班。以戲劇喚醒人內 心的童真,純粹及喜悅的即興創作,讓人心連心的連繫起來。 We hope all people can find their inner child through theater. We create children’s plays and different types of drama. We have courses for toddlers, children, teenagers, adults, and people with physical impairments. No matter what age you are, no matter who you are, drama can wake up your inner child. We improvise with pleasure and try to connect through mind and soul. We create a friendly environment for you to freely be yourself.

《學行》 這是一個以戲曲演員的腳部動作、重覆的樂句和 節奏構成的演出。
觀眾需在演出期間模仿演員的步法,一同參與演出。 歡迎穿著奇特的鞋履出席。
A performance of Chinese operatic footwork, repetitive melodic phrases and rhythms. Audiences are invited to bring along their fancy shoes and follow the footwork of the performer during the performance.

一才鑼鼓成立於 2012 年,專攻戲曲音樂。 其作品以音樂會、說唱、劇場、即興等各種表演形式呈現 戲曲之音樂感和戲劇感。其首個劇場作品《俺,武松》(2017)以無唱唸之獨腳戲探索戲曲形體與 音樂之極致。他們又常獲邀為特定活動和地點編撰南音;其中與非物質文化遺產辦事處合作之 「南音遊記」更為香港各區撰寫南音新曲,並於該區一特色地點演出。 最近,他們獲香港藝術發展 局「Arts Go Digital藝術數碼平台計劃」支持,製作網上項目「香港微音樂」。 Founded in 2012, The Gong Strikes One specializes in Chinese traditional theatre music, creating original works that preserve its musicality and theatricality. The group embraces various performance settings, such as concerts, story-telling concerts, theatre and improvisation. Its debut theatre work, “I, Wu Song” (2017) is a one-man Chinese Opera with no words, which sets out to explore the very essence of operatic movements and music. The group is also known for writing site/ occasion-specific Cantonese narrative songs; its collaboration with the Intangible Cultural Heritage Office, "Singing Nanyin as We Go", tours the city with original lyrics specifically written for each district. Recently, supported by the HKADC “Arts Go Digital Platform Scheme, the group has launched the online project, "Hong Kong Music Miniatures".

初到雪梨,歷經重重波折才稍稍安定。學期完結 後,想 窮 遊 澳 洲 。豈 料 在 墨 爾 本 遇 劫,失 去 了 手機和電腦,孤獨漫步。用僅餘零錢穿梭大城 小鎮,苦尋每晚容身片瓦、日用乾糧,體會人情 冷暖、貧與富、安居與漂泊、制度和自由。 最後終於捱到機場,回到香港這個家。
不 如 找 一 天,一 個 人、一 支 結 他,和 你 聊 聊 在 旅遊熱點以外鮮為人知的澳洲。
Who knew studying abroad has anything to do with vagrant drifting? It was a rough start in Sydney. Hin backpacked alone on a budget after the semester ends, but then got robbed in Melbourne. Without his phone and laptop, he was forced to go on a pilgrimage home. Living off the bunch of coins left, he drifted across cities and villages day by day, foraging and hunting for somewhere to stay overnight.
麥瑞顯畢業於港大園境建築,近年的創作交織影像和聲音藝術,希望 觀眾張開耳目,感受身邊的日常,反思現代社會和大地和自己的關係, 反思生活和流浪的意義。 詩文散見於本地報刊,實驗電影《tofu》在2019年於大英博物館放映。

Now he’s finally home in Hong Kong with his guitar, telling you a story about the lesser known side of Australia.
Mak Sui Hin graduated from HKU landscape architecture. His creative outputs in recent years weave images and sound art, hoping to persuade everyone to open their eyes and ears to feel everyday surroundings. He wishes to guide the audience to reflect on the relationship between the contemporary society, the land, and themselves, as well as the meaning of living and drifting. Sometimes he also contributes to local literary zines. In 2019, his experimental film “tofu” was screened at the British Museum.

《花瓶與她的主人》 ,從花瓶作為乘載/裝飾性物件形容女性身體/存在出發,擁有「她」 的主人,如何放置、使用與欣賞「她」 ,模糊彼此,如同母職之於自己。 女人的身體在主體與客體之間轉換,不論是被植入的胚胎,或是被置入的異性生殖器, 或是嬰兒吸吮乳頭的原始,公與母的高潮來源,來自不同的接收模式;無論是獻祭 自己的過往,或是力抗狂瀾,最終總是因為身分的轉變而與自己重新相遇,爬梳自己的 靈魂,放入時光膠囊中埋葬。

Perhaps we all need to find a different way to realize who we truly are. In “Being and Becoming” we wish to search and discover more about female, a new definition to me. This is the story belongs to me, my children and all female person. Still I remember every little surprising and astonishing changes that happened to my body during pregnancy. The only choice is to get along with it though I was not totally willing to. On one very special day, when the darkness feeling almost gobbled me up for good. We stared at each other and just for one second, I have to choose to conquer the unknown power or to sin with my past. Meanwhile I realized, this is it.
両両製造擅長以劇場與設計元素揉合為創作核心,跨越表演 類型,製作呈現出不同主題內容與概念觀點,著重於議題與 戲劇元素的整合,透過多元的展演形式、手法,創造出讓觀眾 產生共鳴、感動、反思的觀戲體驗,使創作者、表演者、觀賞者 之間啟動形而上的對話與交流。在劇場裡,演出與觀看之間, 不再只是單方面地給予與接收,而是充滿了內觀的熱情、對 社會的細密觀察、彼此人生經驗的交互映照。 Double & Cross Theater Group was found in 2014, based in Kaohsiung. Focusing on crossing borders between issue discussion and theater productions. Through our productions we hope to bring out the conversation between performers and audiences by the interaction and perspective exchanging in our performance. Not only giving and taking but also involve in social investigating and life experiencing.

演出內容簡介 CONTENT 此獨幕劇改編自真人真事。 一名男子在入境處燒死職員後竟再度申請來港。 她-被燒死職員的同事兼 好友,看著那張殺人兇手的臉,得到的指令竟是要批准該男子移居來港。她陷於仇恨和紀律的狹縫之 間,卻要按捺著憤怒,盡她的本份,按規章去處理這一份申請,到底她的內心經歷了些什麼? 全劇沒有 對白,只憑演員細膩的動作,配合即場攝錄及放映,將平時劇場看不到的細節放大於觀眾眼前。此劇 希望借表達香港紀律部隊過往在掙扎中仍嚴謹秉持紀律的情操,探討今日社會風氣。
「聲覺遊列破」為香港多媒體實驗戲劇團體,以聲音與形體為主軸形式,揉合各 類藝術形式進入戲劇,探索劇場藝術新美學。 「聲」 ,以配音及音響設計去發掘 聲音在劇場的可能性。 「覺」 ,感覺外物內心,覺悟萬事本質,醒覺的人不要睡。 「遊」 ,遊戲時的認真專注,遊歷間吸收外在的事物,流動的、互動的。 「列」 ,凝聚 與糅合。 「破」 ,突破與創新。
This one-act play is based on a true story. A man from Mainland China had set fire, an officer of Hong Kong Immigration Department was died in the fire. After that he has successfully applied for a permanent residency in Hong Kong. The officer who was appointed to proceed his residency application, was a good friend of that victim. How could she cope with such an application under the tension between her hatred and anger towards the murderer, and complying by the law and discipline that a civil servant should do? This is a mime show with delicate body movements. And using live recording to project some detail that you can't see in normal theatre. By showing the struggle of discipline as a civil servant, to discuss the quality of society today.
Shinkayo Theatre is a Hong Kong-based multi-media experimental theatre group. We specialized in sound and movement, fusing various art forms, to experience the new beauty in theatre.

爸爸和姐弟倆以小畫作記錄他們的日常歷險記。
林爸爸和姐弟一起用善良的心看世界。 他們偶然在路上碰上各種不同大小的怪獸,林爸爸會用他 的港爸港男小智慧和幽默,與孩子一同化險為夷。
八十後爸爸和一零後姐弟的小創作。
Using a canvas as a record, the daily adventures of a father, a daughter and a son.
In this exhibition, Marvel Lam and his kids want to invite the audience to see the world through a lens of kindness. In their adventure, sometimes they encounter different monsters; most of the time, the kids and Marvel have to use their humor and a little wisdom to save them from danger.
A father who was born in the 80’s, and a sister and brother who are Generation Alpha.

Artistic Director of Kairos Arts Development, LBTAF and ThreeWoods Playwright. Board member of Christian in Theater Arts and Good Tree Advocacy. Now resided with her husband in Los Angeles, and she is pursuing MDiv in Fuller Theological Seminary.

台北藝術大學藝術學士,主修導演,師承「屏風表演班」已故李國修老師,專注於寫實 導演風格。曾任檳城表演藝術中心駐館導演與學院策劃。目前為新紀元大學學院戲劇 影像系合約講師以及Move Creativ藝術總監。
近年常把作品帶到世界各地演出,並進行文化交流工作坊。 2020年也憑《有故事的人: ……因為你是女人》獲得「第17屆戲炬獎年度最佳原創劇本獎」。 Passionate about drama, majored in Directing in the National Arts University of Taipei. She adores the performing arts, to the point of believing that it is a form of art reflecting human’s lives. She was a director-in-house / The Actor Studio Academy in-charge from 2012 to 2017 with Performing Arts Centre of Penang (penangpac). Now she is a lecturer in New Era University College and Artistic Director of Move Creativ. She created a monologue series “The Storyteller” had been traveled to Taiwan, the second series of The Storyteller “The Storyteller: …...because you are a woman” also had been invited to performed in Kaoxiong, Taipei and Macau. In 2020, “The Storyteller: …...because you are a woman” awarded “The best Original Script” in the 17th ADA Drama Award.

Frank has worked extensively as an actor both in NYC and regionally. He has also worked in both commercials and film. Frank has performed for such companies as the Two Rivers Theatre, New Jersey Repertory Company, The Shadowland Theatre, the Colorado Shakespeare Festival, and the Arizona Repertory Theatre. Frank is the founding Artistic Director of New Threads Theatre Company. Frank holds an MFA in Acting from Columbia University and currently is the performance professor in the theatre program at California Baptist University.

This year at LBTAF, we’ve invited the deputy artistic director of Roma Fringe Festival to tell us all about the festival, how to apply and who is eligible to apply.
羅馬藝穗節除了是一個表演平台,同時是一個比賽。成功參加到藝穗節演出的團體均有機會被挑選 中,並獲資助到其他藝穗節演出。 甚至有機會赢取由Zona Indipendente 主辦的意大利巡迴演出資 格。 而獲選者並不限國籍及身份。
Roma Fringe Festival, besides being a curated fringe, is also a competition. Whoever enters the Roma Fringe receives a chance to be picked to be sponsored to join another fringe festival and have a chance to win a local tour hosted by “Zona Indipendente”.

主辦單位:《不貧窮藝術節 X 香港》 Host: Let s Be Together Arts Festival X Hong Kong 藝術家簡介 PROFILE 腔棘Coelacanth是一隊街頭民族音樂組合。常用樂器 包括澳洲吹管(Didgeridoo)、木箱鼓及囗弦等。名字 源於腔棘魚,是遠古魚類的一種。根據進化論,是有紀錄 來第一種走上陸地進化成爬蟲及兩棲類的魚類品種, 人類開始研究這物種時認為牠們早於6500萬年前絕種, 直到1938年在南非海域再次被發現。 腔棘Coelacanth的音樂與腔棘魚甚為相似,我們喜愛 的民族音樂被認定已經消亡,但現實上仍有不少人在 演奏。而我們希望腔棘Coelacanth的音樂能如腔棘魚 一樣能推動進化,從內在出發,得到快樂。

Coelacanth is a street ethnic music group which performs music with the didgeridoo, cajon, jaw harp, etc. The name Coelacanth is inspired by an ancient order of fish, coelacanth. According to the theory of evolution, coelacanth is the first species that landed and evolved into reptiles and amphibians. The coelacanth was once known only from its fossils and so was thought to have gone extinct at least 65 million years ago until a recently-dead specimen was discovered by South African fishermen in 1938. The nature of Coelacanth and the fish is similar. The ethnic music we love is considered obscure and absent, but in reality there are still some people performing it. And we hope our music can drive evolution as coelacanth did, gaining true happiness from inside.

This is a workshop that searches for forgotten sounds in the modern context. Through two ancient ethnic instruments, the didgeridoo and the Jew’s harp, we will learn how humanity and nature are connected with their ancient sounds.

一根繫附於琴臺上細繩的方式,使簧片振動發聲,並以演奏者的口腔共鳴產 生樂音。 The didgeridoo is a wind instrument made from hollow wood. The first didgeridoos were played by aboriginal peoples in northern Australia an estimated 40,000 years ago. The didgeridoo is both a pitched instrument and a percussion instrument. Each didgeridoo has one fundamental tone as well as a series of overtones that can be altered
by the lips of the player. The didgeridoo can also be played rhythmically, serving as both a bass and a time keeping instrument. The Jew's harp, also known as jaw harp, mouth harp, gewgaw, guimbard, khomus, trump, Ozark harp, Galician harp, or murchunga, is a lamellophone instrument consisting of a flexible metal or bamboo tongue or reed attached to a frame. It is popular in Asia (especially Southeast Asia, South Asia and North Asia), America, Oceania and Europe, and has occasionally been found in Africa.。

有關雷鬼 ABOUT REGGAE 雷鬼音樂(Reggae)源自牙買加,於現今世界流行音樂(尤其舞曲)有著極大的影響力,其影響力持續至今。雷鬼音樂與 牙買加的歷史及文化有著密不可分的關係。 雷鬼音樂其實與我們的生活息息相關。許冠傑、Beyond、軟硬、草蜢……八、九十年代的香港流行樂曾經流行過雷鬼曲風 風潮。嘻哈文化及說唱音樂的源頭都能追塑至雷鬼音樂,早期雷鬼的形成亦歸因於大量華人(廣東客家人)的參與,但當時 傳媒似乎沒有任何意欲推行雷鬼文化。

TReggae is a style of popular music that originated in Jamaica in the late 1960’s and quickly emerged as the country’s dominant music. By the 1980’s it had become an international style that was particularly popular all over the world, including Hong Kong, and has played an important role in the development of musical styles, including hip hop and rap.

The formation of early reggae is also attributed to the participation of a large number of Chinese (Cantonese Hakkas). Reggae music is inseparable from our lives. But the media at the time of its formation seemed to have no intention of promoting reggae culture, and Hong Kong reggae music has faced difficulties in gaining popularity over the last two decades. However, thanks to the persistence of the few, there are reggae bands like Crazy Lion and Sensi Lion with their irregular performances. And Heavy Hong Kong, True Skool, HKISRF Ska/Reggae Music Festival and other reggae music promoters and party companies are committed to inviting reggae musicians from all over to perform in Hong Kong, which is helping promote the development and exchange of local reggae music. Slowly, Hong Kong people have begun showing interest in Jamaican culture. Dancing groups such as Dancehall are emerging because of it.

2019年2月在牙買加期間,阿鼠獲當地唱片公司Skunga Records 邀請,灌錄一系列廣東話/牙式英語雷鬼作品,EP於2020年 9月4日以12"黑膠唱片推出。
Hong Kong singer-composer MouseFX is known for his Cantonese reggae; his songs combine Roots Reggae and his mother tongue, Cantonese, and promote the love and human spirit that are deeply rooted in Jamaican music. MouseFX has been active in the local independent music industry since the 1990’s. He has organized several reggae bands such as Sensi Lion. In 2015, he began to create his own solo brand under the name of "MouseFX Ah Shu Mobile Sound Effects."

From the perspective of a Hong Kong local, with a little bit of standup and interaction, he tells you all about reggae.
Over the years, MouseFX has performed his reggae rap throughout the region of southern China and abroad. He has performed in music festivals such as One Love Reggae & Ska Festival in the UK, SONAR in Hong Kong, Clockenflap, Wow & Flutter, and AnBeng Reggae Beach Festival in Vietnam. In addition to collaborating closely with Heavy Hong Kong, MouseFX is also actively collaborating with local and overseas musicians, including Jstar (UK), Charlie P (UK), Macka B (UK), Zion Train (UK), Vibronics (UK), Brother Culture (UK), DeDuBros (Italy), House of Riddim (Austria), Jiang Liang Sound (China), Papaugee (Japan), and I Kong (Jamaica), among others.
We sincerely invite you all to partake of this event, listen to some music, storytelling and rhythms, and learn about reggae.
During his stay in Jamaica in February 2019, he was invited by the local record company Skunga Records to record a series of Cantonese/ Japanese reggae works. The EP was released on September 4, 2020 as a 12" vinyl record.
A brief sharing about MouseFX’s career in Cantonese reggae, and the story of his journey in this musical style.

節目內容簡介 CONTENT 應用劇場容讓劇場走進社區、與非演員背景(社區人士、老師、學生等)參與其中。 應用劇場不單單 著重戲劇演出,還重視劇場的教學目標。 近年愈來愈多老師和社福界都引入應用劇場的手法進行 教學和社區活動,常見的應用劇場手法包括﹕一人一故事劇場、論壇劇場、教育劇場和過程劇等。 今次TEFO真人圖書館邀請了有不同經驗的應用劇場工作者成為「真人圖書」。每本「真人圖書」 都會因應參加者提出的問題,講述有關應用劇場工作者的故事。 Applied theatre is the art of applying the theatrical art form into multiple societal sectors, including social work, teaching, scholarship, etc. Thus, it expands the purpose of theatre beyond devising performance and re-shifts its focus to fulfilling educational goals through theatrical methods. In recent years, teachers and social workers have utilized applied theatre methods to conduct their events and activities - some of these methods are Playback Theatre, Forum Theatre, Theatre-in-Education (TIE), and Process Drama. For this event, we have invited applied theatre practitioners of diverse backgrounds to become “human books”. Every “human book” will be open to your questions, allowing you to listen to applied theatre practitioners' stories from their experiences across disciplines.
任香港話劇團經理(戲劇文學及項目發展)期間,主編多册刊物,並統籌多個新書 發佈會、國際戲劇研討會、讀劇會和首屆香港戲劇書展。2014 年憑其首篇小說《多惱 河上的午餐肉》獲香港中文文學創作獎(小說)。主編的《40對談-香港話劇團發展 印記 1977-2017》獲第二屆香港出版雙年獎藝術及設計類「出版獎」。
Pik Wan is the Artistic Coordinator of PWT Culture, a stage actress, editor and creator. She graduated from Lingnan University with a Masters of Arts in Chinese, then served as a full-time actor at the Hong Kong Repertory Theatre (HKRep), and was later awarded with the Hong Kong Drama Award for her achievements in the field of theatre. During her tenure as HKRep’s Manager for Theatre Literature and Project Development, she has edited many publications, as well as coordinated the publications of new books, international theatre conferences, play readings and Hong Kong’s first theatrical books fair.

Have you ever thought of performance as a gift? As a Playback Theatre leader and actor, I listen and perform stories to the people who share them with me. Have you thought of theatre as a way to talk about social taboos? As a drama educator and applied theatre practitioner, I’ve used process drama to discuss sex education with youth in outreach centers. Have you ever thought of theatre as a way of healing? As a dramatherapist, I was once treated by another dramatherapist for my own trauma, and I chose Self-Revelatory Performance as my Capstone Project for my final year study in the US. This performance provided a platform for me to heal myself. Later, I would become a social worker at a high school, and I would incorporate dramatherapy into my work here as well.
鄧惠儀 Wai Yee Tang 我喜歡文字和創作。做了6年中學中文老師,發現自己適合教學,也喜歡跟年輕人 相處。修讀了戲劇教育碩士,發現戲劇用於教學的魅力與威力,於是辭了教席,離開 學校制度的框框,開展尋找應用劇場的各種可能......因緣際會,遇上了「小不點創作」 (一個兒童偶戲劇團) ,使我走進偶戲的萬千世界,更有機會當起操偶師來... I've always loved writing and creativity. After being a high school Chinese teacher for 6 years, I discovered that I was suited for teaching, and I loved to work with youth. I then pursued a Masters in Drama Education, discovering the charm and power of drama for teaching, so then I decided to leave the teaching chair, eject myself from the school system, and start to explore the possibilities of applied theatre outside. By chance, I met Little Smudges Theatre (a children’s puppetry theatre troupe), which then let me stroll into the world of puppetry and have the chance to become a puppeteer…

Joseph Frost @The Floodlight Theatre Company (美國 USA)
愛麗絲劇場實驗室藝術總監。 畢業於香港演藝學院戲劇學院,主修導演,獲頒藝術學士 (榮譽)學位,並憑畢業作品《浮石傳》獲得校內傑出導演獎。2009年憑《卡夫卡的 七個箱子》獲得「第十八屆香港舞台劇獎」最佳導演獎(悲劇/正劇)及「第一屆香港 小劇場獎」最佳導演獎。2013年憑《終局》獲得「第五屆香港小劇場獎」最佳導演獎。 最新導演作品有穆勒《哈姆萊特機器》、 《 四情旅店》、 《 三生三世》、 《 香港三姊妹》及 《平庸的邪惡》。
得獎演員及作家,曾演出超過六十個劇場製作及導演多個演出,其中二十五個演出 為世界首演項目。 Joseph對於編作劇場的熱愛引領他主持多個工作坊及於多個國 家製作新演出,包括巡迴演出《the descent/lifted me》及《唐吉訶德》等。 他在 大學戲劇系擔任講師逾十六年,並曾於美國西北戲劇會議、密西西比戲劇恊會及 美國基督徒戲劇恊會出任董事局成員。
現任香港藝術發展局審批員(藝術評論、藝術教育、戲劇)。
An award-winning actor and writer, he has performed in over 60 productions, and directed dozens of plays, including 25 world premiere projects.
Andrew CHAN Hang-fai, Artistic Director of the Alice Theatre Laboratory, graduated from the Hong Kong Academy for Performing Arts (HKAPA) with a BFA (Hons) in Directing and was awarded Outstanding Director from the Academy for his graduation production Woyzeck. In 2009, CHAN was awarded Best Director (Tragedy/ Drama) in the 18th Hong Kong Drama Awards and in the 1st Hong Kong Theatre Libre with Seven Boxes Possessed of Kafka. With 1001 Nights of Pasolini, CHAN was also nominated for Best Director in the 3rd Hong Kong Theatre Libre. In 2013, CHAN was awarded Best Director in the 5th Hong Kong Theatre Libre with Endgame. He is recently nominated for the Best Director (Tragedy/ Drama) in the 27th Hong Kong Drama Awards with The Hong Kong Three Sisters.
Joseph’s passion for devised theatre has led him to teach workshops and create new work in several countries, including touring productions of the descent/lifted me and Don Quixote. He has taught at the university level for 16 years, and has been a board member for the Southeastern Theatre Conference, the Mississippi Theatre Association, and Christians in Theatre Arts.

Ip was Administrative Manager of the Alice Theatre Laboratory in Hong Kong, oversaw the administrative operations and involved heavily as Deputy Producer and Ticketing Officer in its productions.

什麼是編作劇場?有人說編作劇場是即興創作、是集體探索、是劇場新詩。 東西方的編作劇場於取材及創作上有何分別?編作劇場將如何發展下去? 編作劇場能否取代傳統劇場? 兩位導演,一位香港,一位美國,一場關於編作劇場的對話。
What is devised theatre? Some say it is an improvisation, a communal exploration, a poet speaks by the theatre. What is the difference in between East and West on devised theatre? Would devised theatre replace the traditional theatre? Two directors: one from Hong Kong, one from the United States. One dialogue about devised theatre.
Ip works as a curator, arts administrator, drama educator, performer and a programme host of an online media for theatre productions “StageTV” recently.

The Adelaide Fringe is the largest arts festival in the Southern Hemisphere, boasting an enormous program and reaching a broad demographic. Adelaide Fringe literally takes over the entire city with more than 1300 events staged in established venues such as theatres, hotels, art galleries, cafes and town halls as well as in pop up venues in parks, warehouses, lane-ways and empty buildings. Adelaide Fringe is an open access festival. This means we do not curate a program or book any events, but rather provide a festival framework for independent artists and producers to present their work. If you would like to present work at Adelaide Fringe you may do so!

The Adelaide Fringe is the world’s second biggest arts festival of the world after Edinburgh Fringe Festival. LBTAF has been partnering with Adelaide Fringe Festival for a reciprocal tour-ready fringe award since 2020, and Three Woods Playwright has been performing at Adelaide Fringe since 2016. Adelaide Fringe provides not only a great platform for emerging artists, but also lots of networking resources that attract producers from all over the world seeking new talent. This year at LBTAF, we’ve invited the Artist and Venue team of Adelaide Fringe Festival to tell us all about the festival, how to apply and who is eligible to apply.
