Get to know us Leonard A. Kaiser is the founder of Kaiser Realty, Inc., a leading vacation rental, property management and real estate sales company in the beautiful coastal community of Gulf Shores and Orange Beach. Since its inception in 1980, the business has received countless awards and national recognition for their professional and community initiatives. In December 2012, the vacation rental, property and association management divisions of Kaiser Realty, Inc. were acquired by Wyndham Vacation Rentals®,the world's largest professionally managed vacation rentals business and part of the Wyndham Worldwide family of brands. Following the acquisition, Kaiser established Kaiser Real Estate Sales, Inc. to continue to provide professional real estate services to customers and clients. The new company is headquartered in the same Kaiser building on Highway 59 in Gulf Shores, and has a satellite office on the beach highway in Orange Beach. Most recently, he introduced Cottages at Romar, a low-density beachfront residential community in Orange Beach with upscale gulf-front and pool-side home sites. A native of Baldwin County, Kaiser has been instrumental in tourism development and real estate sales and marketing of the area for more than 35 years. Serving on numerous professional and civic boards and organizations through the years, Kaiser embodies the ideals of strong leadership and civic responsibility delivered with a professional and caring attitude; a mission his company continues to display in every aspect of their business. Kaiser serves as Past Chairman of the Board for Gulf Shores/Orange Beach Tourism, serving 5 consecutive terms as chairman, a board member for the Coastal Alabama Partnership and, is a State Director of the Alabama Association of Realtors. Kaiser has also served multiple terms as a past chair of the Alabama Gulf Coast Chamber of Commerce and the Baldwin County Association of Realtors, a regional director for the American Heart Association and a current board member for the Alabama Insurance Underwriters Association. Erin Kaiser was born and raised in Gulf Shores and Orange Beach, Erin is one of the few that can lay claim to the title as a native of this coastal community. Growing up in the vacation rental, property management and real estate sales business (her father is Leonard Kaiser, founder of Kaiser Realty, Inc. and now Kaiser Real Estate Sales, Inc.) gives Erin a unique insight into all aspects of coastal property. After graduation from Auburn High School, Erin moved right into a career in sales in Daytona, Florida. Her love for the Alabama Gulf Coast and family brought her back to the area to pursue her career in hospitality sales with The Beach Club, PCH Hotels and Resorts, the Mobile Convention and Civic Centers, and Peachtree Hotel Group. Erin was recognized by Marriott for her sales skills, and has held positions including Director of Sales, Group Sales and Director of Catering. Her energy and organizational skills were put to good use while planning events for up to 5000 people. “I am excited to share my love for this beautiful area with people who love the coastal lifestyle, whether they’re looking for a permanent home, a second home or even for commercial investment,” she said. “There are some outstanding opportunities in real estate here and I can help find the perfect property.” Erin’s comprehensive knowledge of the area, extensive social network and her “never met a stranger” personality all work together to make listing, selling and buying all types of coastal property a pleasure.
