SITE PLAN

The construction site, spanning around 1600 square meters, featured a multi-story residential and commercial complex. This development offered the residents of tier-3 city Jalna their dream luxury, fulfilling their aspirations for luxurious living spaces.

02 MALL DESIGN

KRISHNA MALL, JALNA

The construction site, spanning approximately 30,000 sq ft, features a multi-story recreational space. With a gross built-up area of 56,000 sq ft, it provides ample space for anchor stores, shops, cafeterias, a game zone, a banquet hall, and a multiplex.

GROUND FLOOR PLANS

The lower ground floor consists of 12 commercial shops and ample space for four-wheeler and two-wheeler parking.

Provisions for fire safety, water, and a septic tank are included on this floor.

The upper ground floor consists of 2 anchor stores, each spanning approximately 5,000 sq. ft.

The second floor is equipped with amenities such as a centrally located, spacious cafeteria that includes 8 food outlet stores. Additional facilities include a game zone, banquet hall, and meeting halls.

The first floor consists of a central atrium with escalators and public seating areas in the lobby. It also includes anchor stores with internal connectivity to the anchor stores on the upper ground floor.

The third floor consists of a multiplex with 3 screens, each having a capacity of 150 seats.

On the lower level of the third floor the entrance to the multiplex includes a security check, grand entrance lobby with a waiting area,, a concession counter.

Seperate VIP lounge seating and Administrative office space is given below screen-1 and screen-2.

Exit ways from all 3 screens are given on lower level of the third floor, with direct connectivity to the ground floor.

Access to the staff changing area is provided from the upper level of the third floor.

Seperate projector rooms for all 3 screens are provided on the uppermost level of third floor.

The ground floor, spanning 1243 square meters, comprises a central courtyard surrounded by various office facilities. These include a reception area with a double-height entrance foyer, COM & CAFO offices, a CCTV room, workstations, an operational command center, a library, a cafeteria, restrooms, and other maintenance zones.

The first floor, covering an area of 1186 square meters, is dedicated to more secluded activities, including the CEO & ADD CEO offices with an antichamber, the deputy & joint CEO office, a conference hall, a war room, workstations, and other related spaces. The central courtyard is enclosed with poly-carbonated sheets to ensure natural light and ventilation

Conference hall

The conference hall, holding a capacity for 102 people, equipped with facilities such as a large projector screen and smaller screens on the sides for improved visibility. Each seat is outfitted with an in-built microphone system to facilitate effective communication. To minimize noise, sound insulation panels have been incorporated into the interior walls.

OF GARWARE STADIUM & SPORTS COMPLEX, AURANGABAD

The Garware Stadium & Sports Complex, is situated centrally in the city on 19.96 acres of land (80,776.123 sq. mt) with the existing capacity of approx. 5000 seats. The redevelopment aims to transform it into a premier venue capable of hosting national and international sports events, fostering the growth of athletes and stimulating tourism and revenue generation for Aurangabad.

EXISTING SITE CONDITION

The Garware Stadium is located near Chikalthana MIDC, Aurangabad, Maharashtra. It is surrounded by industrial zone, Commercial Complex & Mall, Residential area of gated community.

It is used by a number of budding sportspeople for daily practice. Apart from sportspersons, residents of CIDCO, including all age group from children to senior people who use the ground for morning walk and jogging.

Despite of being in privileged location site was lacking its true value because of lack of facilities and maintenance. The proposed master plan of the Sports Complex and allied facilities is able to respond to the aims and functions of the Club and have a vibrant character of built and open spaces that encourages the requirements of promotion of sporting activities.

The garden is designed with the thoughtful consideration of elements such as pathways, seating areas, and green spaces, creating a harmonious environment for relaxation and recreation. The design emphasizes accessibility and inclusivity, ensuring that people of all ages and abilities can enjoy .

The public garden at vaijapur, dist Aurangabad holds the site area of 1375 square meter. The garden consist of play area for children, gazebo and other casual setouts around the waterbody, well equipped open gym area for senior citizens.

Jogging track on the peripheral area of garden surrounded by nicely designed landscape and flower garden to provide relaxed & refreshing environment to the public.
