CONTRA-INDICATIONS / SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS There are some contra-indications to some therapies and facilities. The Elysian Spa treatments are carried out and are subject to the completion of our Medical Questionnaire. If you have any special requirements that we should take into account when you visit us, included but not limited to heart conditions, high/low blood pressure, circulatory disorders, epilepsy, arthritis/rheumatism, diabetes, allergies or pregnancy, you should seek the advice of your doctor. The Elysian Spa is unable to give medical opinions on any medical condition.

SPA ATTIRE Upon arrival you will receive a robe and slippers that are to be worn between your treatments. For your comfort, undergarments may be worn during treatments (disposable underwear offered for particular treatments). However, do rest assured that our therapists are highly trained and professional, and will use every appropriate measure to ensure your privacy and comfort. Please let your therapist know if you are uncomfortable; too hot or too cold; if the music level is too loud or soft and about the pressure being applied. MOBILE TELEPHONES To ensure a relaxing environment for all our spa guests, you are kindly requested that mobile telephones are kept on silent or switched off. VALUABLES We recommend that jewelry and valuables be left in the locker area. The Elysian Spa will not assume responsibility for any loss of personal items. MAKING YOUR BOOKING All bookings are prepaid at the time of reservation. Only one credit/debit card per booking can be accepted. If you make a booking using a gift voucher, a valid credit/debit card number will be required at the time of booking to guarantee the reservation. Elysian Spa reserves the right to charge this card with any outstanding amount owing by you or any of your guests if any outstanding balance is not settled at the end of your Spa visit. If you do not let us know of any special requirement at the time of booking we cannot guarantee that we will be able to fully accommodate your requirements at the time of your visit. If any treatment is found unsuitable we will recommend an alternative where possible, subject to availability. All treatments / reservations are subject to availability. You may only book treatments in conjunction with day admission.

CANCELLATION POLICY We can only offer a full refund if a reservation is cancelled at least 2 days in advance. If the reservation is made within the 2 day cancellation period a guest will be expected to be able to attend on the date reserved. Elysian Spa is unable to offer a refund unless there are exceptional circumstances and only at the management’s complete discretion. If a booking was made with the use of gift voucher within the 2 day cancellation period, the credit card taken to secure the booking will be charged to the value of the reservation. In this event, the guest will still be entitled to use the gift voucher subject to the standard booking conditions. It may be possible to refund the amount charged on the credit card if the gift voucher is returned to us within 7 days of the cancellation. Gift vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or products. Please note that bookings for 5 guests or more are subject to 7 days cancellation policy. AGE RESTRICTION AND NATIONAL SMOKE FREE LEGISLATION Please note that all guests visiting the Spa must be aged 16 or over. The Elysian Spa fully complies with the National Smoke Free legislation, and as a result, all Spa areas are nonsmoking.
