Natural light considered to be the best kind of lighting for any offices, however, natural lighting is more limited than other forms of lighting, thus we ensured at TARSHID HQ to maximize natural light access into the space by removing all internal walls that might reduce the light access.

Creating an open space will make it possible for natural light to flow freely throughout a workplace environment.

Acoustic Performance

This is particularly important in Tarshid’s open office enviroment where multiple people work in close proximity. Acoustical performance is crucial in offices for several reasons. Effective sound control can enhance productivity by reducing distractions and improving overall comfort. We highlight below the main sound sulotions used in Tarshid HQ and the acheived sound efficency level.

Minimal Footpritn

Using local products can contribute to sustainability in several ways. It often reduces the carbon footprint associated with transportation, as products don’t have to travel long distances to reach their destination. This can result in lower energy consumption and emissions.

Supporting local products also helps local economies thrive, fostering community development and job creation.

Acoustics Control

Acoustic

Control

Due restrictions in space, providing a modern and open workplace with acoustics and privacy could be the solution.

How do we do it.......

CEILING HUNG SCREENS

These not only provide acoustic quality but provide visual barriers and are a quick flexible alternative to partitioning for the ever growning office.

CEILING HUNG BAFFELS

Can be discrete or a design feature all on their own, either way baffels can make a space dynamic and acoustically sound without changing visually too much to the space.

ACOUSTIC FURNITURE

Furniture is now considered to be a wonderful addition to your acoustic needs in a space. Many brands not only make small interventions but full meeting pods.

FULL HEIGHT PARTITION

The classic way to divide and concour partitions depending on the specification are hard to beat when trying to contain noise.

OPEN AREA TEAM AREA DESK AREA CORRIDOOR MEETING COPY ROOM

WALL CLADDING

Cladding is a great and easy way to quickly change the acoustic properties of a room, you can also make a feature wall or use it as a branding opportunity

WORKSTATION SCREEN

The most common acoustic solution to open plan, these days these screens have advanced to provide more than acoustic and visual properties.

FULL HEIGHT SCREENS

A great way to add colour and fun to making spaces work acoustically, these can come solid or patterned, the world is your oyster.

Building Technology Stimulus Office

BTSP Office located in central Riyadh with total area of 1700sqm, it was designed in a modern industrial atmosphere in order to reflect the building technologies in the design. To achieve this style, we focus on neutral color palette and raw materials such as cement, metal and wood that bring the space a rustic feel. Lighting is important to set the mood of the space so natural lighting and overhead light fixtures with metal finishes are chosen to give the area an industrial-like ambiance.

Internally, glazed meeting rooms and full-height windows create bright naturally lit workspaces, offset with a tonal palette inspired by aged industrial materials such as Verdigris and rust, combined with exposed services and lighting, continue the industrial aesthetic. Soft furnishings in muted colours and natural greenery add a layer of domesticity and encourage social interaction. Cycle spaces and showers are provided for building users.

K.H. Villa

In planning the villa, the main design concept was designing modern house, L shape house around the pool and garden in order to make an internal view to the main spaces. The program was planned for a family with 3 kids with a large master suite.

On ground floor an open plan provides public spaces such as: kitchen, dining, visitors living, and living room around the pool area. While the glass walls of the villa provide for the integration of outdoor and indoor stay.

Other facades are of a more closed character to ensure the indoor intimacy of the villa.
