As a member of the First Hmong Baptist Church, I have had the privilege of watching Kalia grow and mature over the past 11 years into the beautiful, bright and compassionate young woman she is today. Over the years, Kalia has volunteered to help the congregation grow in various positions, such as: youth officer, youth music coordinator, children song coordinator, and now, congregation worship leader. In her positions, she has shown exemplary dedication and commitment to the social and spiritual growth of our members at large – from the children, to the youths, to the adults, as well as the seniors. Above all, Kalia is a continuous model of servant leadership and attends wholeheartedly and enthusiastically to her responsibilities.
