Hello and thanks for reading my step by step guide to making £1000s per month in residual income.

Around 6 months ago I started using Linked In as I’d heard it was a good way to network and find businesses who need Internet marketing services. I’m exceptionally glad I did this, because now it is responsible for one of my largest income streams and best of all, once you set it up, it requires absolutely...

No Maintenance!!!

That’s right, when I say no maintenance what I am saying is a substantial amount of money is paid into my Paypal account each month without me having to do a thing.

The work to earn these £20 per month commissions has already been done and when I say work we’re talking no more than 1 hour per client.

The beautiful thing about this system is that it only takes 1 hour of work (MAX) to provide the product to the client. So £20 for an hour is ok. HOWEVER, they will continue to pay this monthly fee for months and YEARS to come because we are providing them with something that is essential for their business.

Each customer you supply with a free website pays £20 p/m hosting. The only limit to the number of sites you can give away is how much work you put in. If you aim for a modest figure of 10 new clients a week and do this for 6 months, you will be brining in £2400 month, every month... on autopilot!!

At the 6th month point you are brining in £4800 and after you pass the 1 year mark £9,600.

All this while offering an extremely value service to local businesses who NEED YOUR HELP NOW!!

I want you to be aware that this is not a get rich quick scheme. But as you can see by the math above, some consistent effort will pay dividends. You will be financially free after 6 months and realistically the world is your oyster once you get this system working for you.

Step 1 - Setup


Ok, firstly what we need to do is sign up to Linked In and setup our profile. Go to www.linkedin.com and get follow the steps to creating your profile.

Please do everything you can to update the profile fully. Having your profile at the 100% mark is powerful. Remember, when you start to dialogue with people, they will want to check you out.

Most important things to do are as follows: 

Get a good professional photo of yourself up (very important for building trust)

Update any relevant work experience

Update Social Media Details

Get recommendations (if you are struggling to get real life ones, buy on fiverr ;)

When you get your page populated with information we are ready to move on to the second step.

Step 2 – Preparing Product We are going to be supplying our new clients with websites. Obviously, we don’t have the time to be putting together custom HTML/FLASH masterpieces. Good those are not what our target customers need! Our aim is to find a quick, smart solution that looks good and is easy for us to set up. Luckily, Wordpress is here to save the day!!

There are literally hundreds of easy to set up Wordpress themes that are ideal for local businesses.

Better still, alot of these themes are free or at least very cheap.

To get you started, I’m going to give you access to possibly the best tool I have ever seen on the internet for quick and easy website design. You can literally knock up a website in 30 minutes that sells for £750 (I have done this many many times over the past few months with these themes)

Absolutely no web design skill required.

Although these are pretty cheap, I realise some of you will be starting off with Zero capital. To that end, I have managed to get you a nice big healthy discount on the most amazing theme based web design tool...ever!! Instead of paying the full $45 you can get the best

Trust me on this, these themes are as professional as it gets, they take next to no time to plug in the info and you could if you wanted sell them for $999 so imagine how well it will go down when you give them away for free?!?!?

For those of you who can’t afford the outlay at the very start, I recommend starting off with free themes, of which there are thousands. Just search on Google and fire it up. That being said, I would say get yourself a couple of Ink Themes as soon as you get a couple of clients on board. You will be very glad you did!

At this stage, get comfortable with whatever setup you are using to put together these simple sites and make sure you are ready to go with them. Create 2 or 3 example sites at this stage, so that you have something to show. If you don’t have your own website already, this is a great time to put a nice basic simple page together for yourself, this is not essential but definitely worth the effort ;-)

Step 3 – Finding Hot Leads This is where the beauty of Linked In comes in to its own. There are hundreds of thousands of business owners on Linked In and guess what...

No Gatekeepers

I am now going to tell you how to get immediate access to business owners without any trouble at all.

At the top right hand side of your Linked In page you will see the search bar. Use the drop down menu on the left on the search bar to select “Groups�

Then type in a niche. For example, Accountants... Lets see what comes up:

As you can see above, there are 81 groups on the topic Chartered Accountant. Now we look directly into the niche by joining one of the groups.


Note: Some groups give instant access. Other groups you have to register which takes a few days to go through usually.

Within the group we can search all the members and specifically, only view the owners of companies. We do this by employing a very useful tactic:

Click on the “members” tab within the group. On the left hand side you can see the search bar coming up, simply put in “Owner” or “Proprietor” or “Director” Hit the Search button and BOOM, you are filtering with only owners... What could be easier? :-)

With this example above you can see there are 67 managing directors in our sights. This is actually quite low because we are viewing a small group here. Often you can get 1000s within one group...

This is how we are going to find those hot leads.

SO MUCH POTENTIAL

At this stage you want to join as many groups as possible. Target all kinds of niches and make sure you go for groups that have a healthy number of members. As long as they have 500 or more, they are perfect.

Once in a group, use the tactic above to filter your way to the owners and start looking for guys with either no website, or a crappy/outdated looking site. You do this by scrolling down the list of owners, open their profile in a new window and check from there. Every time you find a ‘hot lead’ which is someone with a crappy/outdated or no website, you are going to send them a message. The actual structure of the message will come in the next section


however for now, lets establish exactly how we are going to physically do this over Linked In.

Within the members view, you can message anyone directly by simply hovering your mouse over their entry, and clicking the “send message� option. See below...

Occasionally you will find someone who has messaging disabled, but for the most part, everyone is contactable through the groups. And whats more, you will be amazed at how happy they are to speak to you :-)

Ok, so we now have our product prepared, our linked in profile setup and our hot leads. Its time to make the magic happen.

Which takes us on to the next section ....

Step 4 – Approaching Clients Now that we are ready to go out and start claiming some cash via linked in we need to decide how to approach clients. At this stage I’d definitely say, you want to go with something original, however I will give you a framework and you can make it your own :-)

I usually say something along these lines:

Hey Bob, I hope your doing well. I’m pretty new to Linked In and I’m currently looking to make some contacts. To that end I’m currently offering to build a full 5 page website for a select few people within our group. Do you know of anyone that would benefit from this?

Thats it, it really is that simple. If you have ever tried sending out mass email campaigns with zero response you will be amazed at the number of people who respond to you here. You will get all kinds of responses and alot of people will want to know more because they will be genuinely interested. Make sure to keep things nice and simple and ask a direct question in your initial contact. As long as you ain’t spammy, you’ll get great results..


Earlier I mentioned creating one or two example websites, this is where they come into play. When people ask you to see some work, you will dazzle them with your sharp wordpress themes, which to the business owner, look like £1000’s worth of web design :-)

Step 4 – Securing the monthly fee Before long you are going to get your first customer who desperate to take one of these gorgeous websites off your hands. At this point, it’s time to start building up the value what you are doing for them.

This is the part where you introduce the idea of the £20 per month hosting and maintenance charge and if done correctly, you can ensure that you do not lose any interested prospects at this stage.

Naturally they will wonder where this new fangled site is going to be stored on the world wide web so a hosting charge isn’t usually a shock to them.

To absolutely ensure this goes off without a hitch, my technique is to build the value of the website at this stage to the point where they understand they are getting £1500 worth of website absolutely free. This is where you tell them about all the features and benefits of the site you will be providing.

There are two ways to go here, both work. It comes down to personal preference and what you feel most comfortable with but essentially you need to either continue to dialogue via Linked In or else, my preferred choice, close this part with a phone call or if your in another country and really want to phone close, call via skype.

Like I’ve said, either way works but I prefer the personal touch of a phone call at this stage and often you can get into conversations here about other things like SEO or whatever and

increase your sale you could end up walking away with a much more substantial deal than you imagined.

Step 5 – Finalizing the deal, setting up payment Ok, so here we come to the tying up stage. Its very simple what we are going to do here and I know that since you have purchased this report, you are someone with initiative. I won’t patronise you by going through everything in painful detail.

Bascially, what we want to do here is get the main details for the website.

Keep it simple!


You are doing a free site for them, it is going to be nice, attractive, minimal and give them an online presence. That is all!! You don’t have to include anything more than their main business functions, some stock images of their profession and a contact form. All of this can be done quickly and easily using the correct wordpress theme.

Taking payment can be done in a number of ways. The easiest I have found is Paypal. You already have a paypal account so simply set up a £20 per month subscription link by going to merchant services within Paypal.

Once you get the £20 a month link you can simply mail it through to your client. When they click on it, they will be directed to Paypal to set up the £20 per month directly into your account.

This is optional but what I like to do is give them the first month for £1 to let them test run the site. Just set this up in paypal to make the first payment £1 and £20 thereafter. This keeps everyone happy :-)

Step 6 – Ask For Referrals Every good marketer knows that once you have a happy customer, you capitalize by asking if they know anyone else who would benefit from similar services. I’ve stumbled into £1000’s worth of deals by doing this on many occasions

Conclusion

This brings us to the end of the report. What you have read is step by step program that if followed will financial freedom and allow you to build a potential multi -million ÂŁ$ business.

Now all that is left to do is for you to implement the strategy. Taking action here is a no brainer. Get your profile set up, find your hot leads, approach them, close them and rinserepeat :-)
