Northwest Honkers
Seattle Studs
The Honkers is a team built with a culture that allows young baseball players to thrive as well as former collegiate players to continue on their career in baseball. The Honkers look forward each year to improve both on and off the field as well as to continue to competitively participate in the Pacific International League.
The Studs traditionally participate in tournaments in Kelowna, Kamloops, Grand Forks at in the National Baseball Congress World Series in Wichita. The Seattle Tacoma Cheney Studs team tradition for 57 years has been a mix of current college players with exprofessional players, making us an experienced baseball team that competes hard in every game and is very entertaining to watch and follow.
The Northwest Honkers Organization was founded in 2010 by a group of former collegiate baseball players originally from the Seattle area. A simple passion for the game along with the urge to continue to compete at a high level drove the idea to put together the Honkers Organization.
6
Founded in 1954 by Ben Cheney of Cheney Lumber Company in Tacoma, the Seattle Tacoma Cheney Studs are one of the most tenured amateur baseball organizations in the country. More than 100 former and active professional baseball players have donned the Seattle Tacoma Cheney Studs uniform.

Seattle Selects
Redmond Dudes
Established in 2005, Seattle Select Baseball Club started with one team but is now comprised of approximately fifteen to twenty teams ages 9U thru 18U. Although we are based out of the North Seattle area, we have players from all over the Puget Sound region on our teams. It is our mission to teach the game of baseball and create an environment where young baseball players can work to achieve their dreams of playing college or professional baseball.
The Redmond Dudes were formed in an effort to fulfill a need within the Redmond community and Greater Seattle area for a collegiate-level baseball team. We offer the highest level of competition available to amateur players.
First Time KIBT Entry
Our coaches work to achieve this by playing in highly competitive leagues and tournaments and when possible, showcases for our older players.
First Time KIBT Entry
The Redmond Dudes also focus on supporting Redmond’s premier attractions, events, and locations such as Hartman Park, Redmond Town Center, and Derby Days. Baseball players from around the Northwest have found a home during the summer months with the Redmond Dudes since its formation in 2013.
