Regardless of size or industry, they share one thing in common: a willingness to take on increased risk for increased reward. However when it comes to mortgages they soon discover that lenders prefer tenured, 9-to-5, salaried applicants. Here’s what you need to know: Minimum 2 years in business Businesses need to be at least 2 years old in their current form.
