BENEFIT FOR GORDY NORDBY JANUARY 9, 2016 5 PM - 11 PM BRAHAM AREA COMMUNITY CENTER 655 8TH STREET NW BRAHAM, MN 55006 On September 22nd, Gordy Nordby, a US Navy Veteran, was involved in a Motorcycle vs Deer accident. Gordy has 12 fractures below his knee and has had 2 surgeries to date. He is currently recuperating at home. He cannot bear weight for up to 6 months so is in a wheelchair. His total heal time is approximately 18 months. After this he will require another surgery for a knee replacement. The families of Gordy and Jacque will be hosting a benefit for them to help with expenses during this time. The Benefit will be at the Braham Event Center on Saturday, January 9th from 5pm to 11pm. Pulled Pork dinner will be served. There will also be a raffle and silent auction, along with the band Rezort for entertainment.
