Legally Speaking How To Make My Attorney Rich By Scott Berry — Berry Law Offices

I Should Do Whatever I Can To Fight For My Stuff One way that many people filing for divorce lose money is by paying attorneys to fight for property that has less value than the money they are using to try to obtain it. Spending money to gain possession of an item because of sentimental or jealous reasons will end up draining your wallet. You would be better off saving your money unless the object is of high value to you. We understand that there is certain property that may be important to you, and we are not against fighting for sentimental or meaningful property. However, we strongly suggest that you evaluate the value of the property that you are fighting for. It is extremely easy in a divorce to get so caught up in the property, that you forget what you are spending in the process.
