Title Deed Procedures Has Eased For Foreign Buyers
The proof that you are the official legal owner of a registered real estate in Turkey, it’s called (tapu) in Turkish. This document regulates a particular property, verifies the property ownership of the person mentioned in the document, provides information about the property and the location of the property. This document is regulated by the Directorate of Land Registry. Of course, this document is internationally recognized. The property deed shall be only given to the legal owner of the property. If any property on the same section or building received the military approval, the permission for the remaining apartments is not required according to the law accepted on the 8th October 2013 in Turkey.
