It was going to be a rainy day. I only went there with two other girls. We didn't sign up but we could still go on the trip. When we were supposed to leave, people from the Hiking Club told us to leave everything in the car and we started the expedition. We didn't really understand and still wanted to take our backpacks. Only one lady told us that we can take them, but we are 100 percent sure that they will be completely wet. And she was right. Fortunately, she convinced us and we left things in the car. We also dressed up in nature, because we didn't think that a swimsuit would be necessary from the very beginning of the trip. Our first steps started at the foot of Mount Lycaea, where the beautiful Neda River flows out, which is the natural boundary between the Prefecture of Ilia and Messinia.
