Through effective communication and teamwork skills with teammates and hospital staff. In my capacity as a note-taker,I gathered data from interviews , analyzing with team for coding and inputting data,which the service designer use this for each individual project. Addintionaly, I participated in reseaching and designing solution with the team,aiming to make people more using hospital and lively environment.
