Thanks to dry EA (Emulsion Aggregation) toner Xerox® with low melting point and new technologies of fixing colours, printers Xerox® Color 1000 offer you a wider scale of colours that give fantastic images with smooth colour transitions, guaranteed to attract and retain attention. Production printers Xerox® Color 1000 provide one of the widest choices of media, from a low basis weight paper (55 g/m²) to a solid medium weight 350 g/m². They can simply handle all types of paper and print with a speed of up to 100 pages per minute.

2400 x 2400 dpi resolutions, what enables them to guarantee a very sharp and uniform printing. Great mid-tones, clear neutral colours, detailed shades, crisp texts can be achieved as well as bright highlights and perfect rendering of photos, what is ideal for today’s special photographic applications. • new seamless transfer belt (IBT) offers greater versatility, speed and reliability of print; • get a very accurate registration securing the value +/0,5mm with electronic controls and sensors, which automatically adjust to inserted sheets; • highly effective technology of the fusing unit’s transfer belt transfers energy more efficiently and supports a wider scale of media, which results in a smooth, clean and sharp output at an incredible speed; • device for straightening the paper integrates cylindrical and band technology, ensuring a perfectly flat paper, while the cooling module takes care of the perfect quality of stacking.
Clear dry toner
Become more creative with production printers Xerox® Color 1000 and increase the effectiveness of documents Using clear toners gives us the opportunity to bring new dimensions into printing. Due to the possibility of adding a fifth print cartridge, that can apply the document with a sheer layer, the printing options are enhanced by the creation of applications with high added value. The clear toner allows the creation of fine, professional looking watermarks, adding safety elements or enables suppressing the entire page and thus attracting attention by creating contrast within the document. Thanks to the clear toner it is possible to highlight even the pictures – in such a way that they almost jump out of the paper, what draws attention to the desired heading or text. Further, it offers extremely creative solutions for highlighting photos, logos or other graphic elements, creating artistic effects, enriching documents with watermarks and other visual values. All this can be achieved by simply setting the desired effect directly on the printing server.

By means of clear dry toner it is possible to emphasize definite places on the printed material, or suppress the entire sheet. Application: • highlight the pictures that they will leap from paper; • attract attention to the headline or required text; • visualizes photos, logos and required pictures; • can simulate a pearlescent or a metallic effect; • can create digital watermarks, which highlight the artistic effect or increase safety; • improves the quality of textured media.

Variable Data: This option allows you to customize each piece of copy to its targeted audience; name or other data, e.g. address serve as basis for targeted campaign. The software of production Xerox速 Color 1000 provides as well the option to create unique coupons that will be used to evaluate the product or service which can play a crucial role regarding the feedback. Unique images, graphic elements, different codes and identification elements can be used as variable data as well. Thanks to printer software according to the predetermined set of criteria except name and address of recipients other graphic elements can be adapted - such as text, colour of text and environment. This way each recipient gets an offer that is tailored to his shopping habits. The function of Printing Variable Data, however, is capable of more.

Security features
With the protective element MicroText® of company Xerox you can get a perfect protection against counterfeiting of sensitive documents. With applying small letters or other graphic elements on the medium, which are only a few tenth of a millimetre, documents become virtual unforgeable. To the naked eye such elements look like small dots, they can be detected only by a magnifying glass. Ticket price, address or other specific data of the company can be applied by using Microtext.
FluorescentMark Text Documents – in a different light Print documents containing graphic elements visible only under ultra violet (UV) light. The method is suitable for example to protect tickets, identification cards and other sensitive documents against counterfeiting. The protective element is placed in an overprinted colour box, its content is virtually impossible to decipher in normal light.
CORRELATION TEXT Hidden text, which can be decoded only by you Another highly effective way to protect sensitive documents is called Correlation Text, or hidden text. The content of such a text can be decoded only by a decoder that is created specifically to each coded document. Turning „ the key“ from side to side gradually decodes the two layers of hidden content and the confidential information becomes visible. It is the ideal way of protecting legal records or exam material and tests to verify their authenticity.
Infrared Text Hide sensitive information in a place where no one searches The double layered infrared text looks like a text box with dotted background to the naked eye. The hidden text becomes visible only under infra red light. This method enables to incorporate data to the design of the document and their special display, as well as predefine the pairs of colour and background.
